The Windsor Court

I recently stayed at Windsor Court for a work conference with our clients and the space, location and service could not be more perfect! We had all of our client events around the hotel, on both the 2nd floor (location of the hotel restaurant - Grill Room) and the 4th floor (location of our conference rooms, right is next to the pool, which was very tempting!) First, the hotel and rooms were immaculate, my room specifically had a powder room, which I did not know was missing in my life! The room was clean and very comfortable, only issue I had was that the bed was too high for me! I struggled a bit getting in and out of bed.Second, the service was excellent. The staff took great care of us and all of our needs during the event. And lastly, the event space is spectacular! Especially where we had our conference meetings on the 4th floor. Truly perfect location and excellent hotel. Would highly recommend!

A perfect hotel with the nicest people. The service and pursuit of excellence really stands out for me here. All requests are treated with urgency but with the most pleasant of attitudes. We encountered so many sweet employees either in person or over the phone but I will name several: Heaven, Cheryl and Barbara were great with the front desk and taking phone calls prior to our stay. Woody was our bartender in The Polo Club and he was awesome. Ross was always on the spot when we needed transportation.This was a special trip with friends who really like to splurge on their lodging. So this was beyond past budgets of ours when lodging. I have to say that The Windsor Court has completely ruined me!! The bar is sitting really high these days! I simply cannot wait to come back for a visit.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Windsor Court! We booked a couple nights for my mom's birthday. We were greeted by the kindest staff. Our room was upgraded (thanks chase redemption!) to a large suite on a high level floor with a beautiful view of the river. We had chocolates and macarons waiting in our room. Dinner at the Polo grille was amazing (seriously, every dish was balanced and had great flavor). We had room service several times, and the staff set everything up beautifully on the table in the room. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the quarter, frenchman street, the garden district, and the canal place. I can't wait to come back to celebrate another milestone!

It's great people here all nice but they really didn't have anything special for 500 a night like no microwave, trash bags, anything necessary that I would get for something lower

We almost couldn't have had a better stay. Opted for the splurge and went for club level, and got upgraded to a suite! The interior of this hotel is gorgeous, supposed to emulate it's namesake, Windsor Castle. The Club Level turns out to be not so pricey, when you consider they have a gorgeous buffet breakfast spread, full on high tea in the afternoon, open bar from 5:30- 8:00 with buffet snacks that could easily be dinner. Although in NOLA, you really should go out for dinner.The staff here is so genuinely pleasant and bends over backwards to accommodate every request. Special thanks to Kaomi and Christopher in the club level lounge. Met my long time friend here, who came in from NJ, and we're already thinking about planning a return in 2026. Oh and great view of the Mississippi out our window.

The Windsor Court is a proper Five-Star hotel in a category of its own in New Orleans. We came in for a drink at the lounge on a Friday evening expecting a more reserved crowd at a hotel in the CBD. What we found was one of the most lively and fun lounges we visited throughout our stay with a great band playing lively music and a wide array of well dressed people dancing and having a wonderful time. The bartender was like someone out of a streetcar named desire in the best way, expertly crafting cocktails and providing entertaining banter throughout the night. The lounge also had great bar snacks on multi level trays which are regularly brought out to the tables. After spending a night at a supremely disappointing hotel elsewhere we moved to the Windsor the next morning, and it was the best decision we made. From the instant we arrived every single thing was perfect - not one interaction we had with the staff was anything less than exceptional, with the concierge, front desk, spa, and bar staff all going out of their way to make our stay memorable. We didn't touch the front door once during our whole stay, the doormen and bellhops were more enthusiastically helpful than you ever see these days. We opted for the club level and we are glad we did, it ended up saving us $100+ per day with their included breakfast, drinks and refreshments throughout the day. The club level was also an ideal place to get some work done, enjoy the view from the terrace and have a chat with other guests. If you are considering this hotel, stop thinking and book it. You won't regret one moment you spend in this place.

Love Love Love the Windsor Court especially around the holidays. As soon as you walk up you are greeted right away and welcomed to the hotel. The lobby always has the best and prettiest fresh flowers and the Christmas tree is so beautiful. The service is impeccable and you will always enjoy the luxury experience. I love going to the bar Polo Club!!! Posh hotel lounge with dark-wood touches has upscale bar fare, cocktails & more than 600 wines.

Amazing service and staff at the Windsor. Old school charm and elegance.Service is amazing and it's a courtyard makes for an off the street quaintness. Small things make a difference.Yes the decor is very traditional but that's their thing. Bar service is great and wonderful. Top shelf and bar menu is solid. Cheese board is the best and avoid the pizza and flat bread.Everything else is awesome!!

My favorite hotel TO DATE! My family6 and I traveled to New Orleans a couple months ago and had the pleasure of staying at The Windsor Court! This hotel spoke to my soul with all its beauty, art, and British accents. The Hotel has a Polo Club that offers drinks and nightly live jazz music. People can dance and just have a great time to chill. They also have The Grill Room on site. This is available to the public and guests. When I tell you the food was amazing.....AMAZING!!!! We had brunch during our stay and it was phenomenal. Even the kids enjoyed! We also had access to their exclusive lounge available to floors 20+ . Here they offer 24 hour snacks, breakfast, happy hour with food, and amazing views of the city! We honestly didn't need to eat away from the hotel because this lounge provided so much! The lounge was our kids favorite, because of the snacks and they made new friends! We enjoyed the drinks! The High Tea offering was also amazing! They have sandwiches and drinks for the kids and amazing offerings for adults! It was wonderful to be able to do so right at the hotel, we just had to make a reservation prior to. My daughter has since asked to go to Tea time again multiple times. There are many paintings, sculptures, and British inspired art throughout which was so unique. The room details such, the slippers, and robe, the hallways... all had a touch of British luxe that made you feel like you were in old royalty! This hotel is close to venues for kids like The Audobon Institute and Vue Orleans. It's also about a 10 minute walk to French Quarter, and 15 minute drive to The Childrens Museum. This was an amazing location! Parking was valet, and you really don't need to drive anywhere. Swimming pool offers cabanas and drinks. There's also a gym, and spa onsite!Overall amazing stay, and we can't wait to be back. This hotel is worth it!

No hot water in shower, after third service person sent in 2.5 day period still no cure. Sewage smell in room on 2nd day Overall, very bad experience for the price per night we are paying for 2 adjoining rooms ! This place used to be 5 stars but this trip it has been very bad !
