You know what's great about this place? Nothing.Well, almost nothing - watching the high schoolers fight every Friday and Saturday night is quite amusing. There is seriously no way in hell that these kids are all 21 - let alone some of them 18. They sure love to get drunk and fight though. Seriously - come check it out. It will make you want to drive nails into your head. Or theirs. Some of their cars are really loud, so that's cool. Like, super cool.

The absolute worst place and they're flooded with ppl just trying to get over on you.. I don't need the best service. Never have, but that's just how I came up before the age of every Nancy needing absolute placating to them.. but I promise you this place is on a whole another level of despicable, forget the service, they literally don't give an toss what happens to you and good luck saying something about it and then doing something about it..

I had wanted to see a show here months ago but it was inexplicably cancelled. I had not heard good things, but I had a friend in town to see a friends band there so I went with little expectation. I really should have expected LESS. This venue does not advertise, has little to no social network presence and a website that is down. Its really no wonder there were 14 total people in attendance for 3 bands. The bands were what I expected for regional heavy metal, altho the headliner was good and may have been more enjoyable had they mic'd the drums. Since when do you not even mix a snare? We could not hear hear much past a few cymbals. The band obviously had no monitors, as I heard the singer remark "are these on?". Maybe the sound crew is just not experienced with metal music, or really any music and operating a sound board. The sound was truly abysmal. Now to the bar. We ordered two PBR drafts that tasted AWFUL. The keg or the lines were obviously bad. I work in the service industry and have drank many beers from many kegs, but when we told the bartender he tried it himself and remarked "it tastes like shit because it's PBR". I only wanted to pay the difference for 2 bottled beers but he refused. I did make a bit of a stink about it and he begrudgingly agreed to have me pay extra for two more bottles. I tipped well for the courtesy, a total of $7 tip for 2 bottles of beer. The one good thing is that the bartender, Tony, did come to us later and handed us two complimentary beers stating "you were right, my friend told me it tasted bad too. I'm sorry." so it was great to have him try to make it right. We then noticed the PBR tap was removed. Not only will I never be back, but I will recommend that others stay away. This place has no redeeming qualities outside of what it could be if the management or owner gave a shit.

The Willow has a great staff that is very personable and great music venue with reasonable priced drinks. I just saw a complaint about non re-entry. Not a valid complaint being that a lot of concerts at other places have a no re-entry. Also let me clear up the fact about the women's bathrooms . If girls would stop flushing tampons and pads down the toilets their would be no issue with having limited stalls. The Willow is definitely a place I enjoy for concerts and just to stop in and have a few drinks with friends. Another perk is - if you and friends enjoy sushi Little Tokyo is right down the street ! Last but not least --- if you are into live music whether it be throw back or up and coming artists along with all types of genres go check out The Willow on Facebook to see upcoming concerts and events !

It's sad that im even on here writing a negative review because i used to love the willow until I saw firsthand how unprofessional they are as an establishment. Last night I came here and opened a tab which I've done before, and I went back to the bar and asked to close the tab and they told me that they didn't have my card because somebody claimed a missing debit card and they just gave it to them ...? like what kind of bs is that as a business ur supposed to check the persons ID that's claiming the card..you don't just hand out peoples bank cards . But the ppl who run the bar are too drunk off the shitty drinks to even know what they r doing. One of the managers literally told me to "please stop and call tomorrow " because I was trying to figure out what the person looked like who claimed my card " so fcked up. i gave yall my money and they brush my problem under the rug.. but anyways if you want to have a good time and avoid this dump, also half of the people who buy alcohol here are like 14 years old... they most definitely should lose their license. don't come here for a good time because if something happens to you they will not give a shit , bouncers have shitty attitudes, and the managers are assholes . never coming back here ever again fuck the willow ! i'll stick to bourbon street!

Anyone who shits on this place is lame. Had an incredible time with my friends here, the bartenders were awesome, the music was good and the atmosphere was lit. Will definitely be back.

The bartenders who can't make basic drinks , and clearly have zero experience also steal your change because they know they've done nothing to earn a tip. Waaack.
