Walked in at like 12:20pm and walked out by 1pm with two fabulous dresses. Great customer service, and now a new favorite place to buy all my gala, balls, and red carpet couture dresses from. It's really a well curated selection of show stopping looks, short, long, one piece, two piece, all the colors, cuts and shimmers. Grateful they've been around for 17 years! Ummm wow. I think I found the dress if I ever want a costume as an ice dancer. I've always meant to pop into this store and the prices did seem reasonable for the amount of details on the majority of the dresses. There were a few more daytime looks but the majority of the stock were for a BIG night...in a small dress...with feathers and sequins....which is totally not me. But it might be you, right?

Four years ago, I visited the store to purchase my prom dress. I had an excellent experience in terms of both the customer service and selection, and that experience is the only factor holding this rating at 2 stars instead of 1. Recently, I visited in search of a gown for a black tie event. I told the sales person that I was looking to spent about $250 on a longer dress and asked if she had any suggestions. She was extremely rude in pointing me to the sales rack telling me that that was the only place in the store where I could find a dress for less than $300 and moved on to the next customer. While the selection is fairly good, the cost and customer service are both very very poor and personally I will not be supporting this business again. Ladies--take your business elsewhere if you expect to be treated well.

I found an amazing dress for New Year's Eve here! Yes, I already got my New Year's Eve dress- I don't like waiting until the last minute.Yes, the dresses here are a little fancier and more expensive than the average "run of the mill" dresses you might find at Dillard's, but they are better quality and for special occasions. I came in just thinking that I would look around and "window shop", but then I found an amazing dress for a pretty good price that I just had to have.I was specifically looking for something with a little sparkle and pizzazz and the woman working here was quick to find me something that worked for me and in my price range. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a fancy dress for a special evening or a night out on the town.

Amazing! I went to the Endymion Ball my first time there, we had club seats. I could've gotten a cheaper dress from elsewhere but I was sold here at RED CARPET the experience was the bomb!

I purchased my daughters senior prom dress from the Red carpet on Magazine street, and the ladies that worked there said they have the best seamstress that can hem the dress an put a beautiful bustle on the back of the dress. I have my own seamstress and theres cost Alot more then I wanted to spend , but its senior prom an if there own seamstress who does this everyday was good I was willing to pay the extra money, even after speniding $600.00 on the dress. They called me an said the dress is ready I picked it up and got home an let my daughter try it on , AND they did Nothing to it ,no bustle still the pins from were they pined it from her trying it on, and did not cut the dress just folded over and use a thick black tape to hem it, and the Lining under the dress hanging out under the dress past her shoes. I called them and they said oh we will fix it just bring it back, I did bring it back since I already paid and prom is in two days now. They called me to pick it up again and when my daughter tried it on the night before the prom ,and the hem was still sticking out the dress so long, that i had to just cut the lining of the dress my self, and we could not undo the bustle due to it was hooked with then little hooks that would break if we touched it to much. I called them the day of prom and let them know how i was not happy with the seamstress they have, and they Did Not care at all , never offered to give back any money ,or discount of next purches nothing ,they could care less, I felt like they do this all the time. I hope this does not happen to anyone else for there special night and spending lots of money to be treated like i went to walmart for a dress.
