The Pavilion at Pontchartrain Landing

Omg so this was my 1st time over here at Pontchatrain Landing RV & Park. I found out the had a Motown review and I called my mom quickly. We arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman who told us not to park all the way to the back because he recognized my handicap tag. Thank you Jesus for that. Once we were inside we see that they had two spots for entertainment. With traditional Zydeco Louisiana music playing on one side and Motown Greatest Hits playing on the other. It was packed and everyone was having a great time. Now let's talk about the food. Because baby I'm I'm love with the food... The menu was spot on. The price was good as well. You can tell by my pictures that they pulled out all the stops with this show. Now the show baby.... Let me start with this. As long as they have REAL LOVE on there books. Me and my friends are so there. They had everyone dancing and and singing. Everyone was having a blast. I can't wait till the next show.

Our son and his wife had their wedding here. Their event coordinator, Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything. In the year leading up to the wedding, she was always available to answer questions and help with everything involved. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

I am writing this review for my "aging" father as he does not have a Yelp account. He stayed at the RV Park over the New Year's 2017 weekend. They have a dog run, which was fantastic! The customer service at check-in was smooth and everybody was very helpful and accommodating. The sites are clean and easy to get in and out of. They offer a shuttle into downtown New Orleans which is great, but not always necessary because it is a very easy drive to get into the city. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
