The Lighthouse

I love this place! Just heard from the bartender that they only opened a couple weeks ago. This might be why no one has reviewed this yet. Woohoo I am the first reviewer! The place looks newly renovated and it's clean and beautiful. The bar is so nice and pretty. The drinks are good. I had a Sazerac and my colleague had many gin and tonics. My coworker noted that the glasses here feel heavy weight and not cheap, I would not have noticed this if he didn't point it out.We feel like we're on the beach here. The decor of this bar feels like a beachy kind of Even though we're right on Bourbon, this bar is pretty quiet and good for conversation. I think I'm too old for the loud music in some of the other bars so this place is perfect for my taste.

This place is on a bourbon st. and touristy place.The services took more than 45 mins if you would like to oreder the food! Quality the food if you order anything fried do not expect them good. and Oyster is old and not fresh! We ordered a lot of food and disappointed and this place like a scams for charge water $3.50 for each person. this is very bad and we are 7 people so anyways they charge for 20% for service charge but got very poor services instead.If i could give 0 star i would. Server do there job with attitude! and i asked why do you charge $3.50 for water they didnt say anything. if you would like to come here do not expect the food and check your bills eveytimes

So incredibly impressed! Mesha was our server and she was amazing!! Food was incredible. The chef Yashi came out twice to meet and greet with us. I'm so happy with this place. Even the gentleman outside who was waving around the menu at us to bring us in. He won and we walked in. We are not disappointed. I ordered the half oysters and they gave me 8 of them. We also order the gator bites. They were a recommendation from Mesha and it was amazing! We also ordered the lighthouse martini and the bartender graciously heavy-poured and made it delicious! This is my second time to this town from California and I will gladly come back because of Mesha. Thank you!!

Stop in and get yourself some yummy food and drinksYou might even catch some live entertainment on site!Great experience!

My husband and I stopped in to escape the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street, and were absolutely delighted with our visit at The Lighthouse! We enjoyed their famous BBQ Shrimp, and the chef treated us to a delicious cheesecake and celebratory champagne! Highly, highly recommend. The people who work here are great people and it would be a pleasure to visit again and again! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

The weirdest place ever. Lol. Took 30 minutes for our drinks and we were one of two parties in the whole place. Server running around saying she was busy but nobody was there? We split a fish platter and I asked, "where are the hush puppies?" And the server said, oh we are out of hush puppies so I just gave you another piece of fish. We honestly had to laugh, like wouldn't you tell us you were out of hush puppies? Then one of us ordered a French 75 and literally was brought a glass of Cheap white wine that tasted like arbor mist saying "oh we don't have (blank ingredient) so I made it with (blank ingredient.) For one plate of fish and fries and 4 drinks we waited an hour and paid 125 dollars! So bizarre. Yet funny.
