This was exactly what I was looking for on a hot day. We stopped by and there were 2 people ahead of us, but they ordered a bunch of things. I'm not sure if they normally only have 1 worker, but it took quite a while to get to the window. It seemed like 10 minutes. Anyway, we eventually got our snoball, half red and half blue. I like to keep it simple. The ice was soft, the flavors were good and the price is reasonable. What more can you ask for? This was my toddlers first snoball and she loved it, too.

It's snowball season and David and I had a craving on Mother's Day. I was so glad that this stand was open. The line was long but it moved fast so I got my nectar with not a long wait. The ice is fine and soft like it's supposed to be and the owners are friendly.

Last minute decision, ended up with a good sugar free chocolate snowball, however my son got a cookies and cream shake that had little cookie and a whole lotta vanilla ice cream, and he loves vanilla ice cream it's just he really wanted cookies and cream. We will try again in another day.

The list of flavors at this snoball stand is amazing... however, I am a creme flavor kind of gal, and there are only 3 of those to choose from. Personal favorite? Pink Panther. In fact, I recently got adventurous and decided to stuff my pink panther.. with ice cream. Delightful.Prices are cheap. $1.50 gets you a reasonably large snoball ($0.50 more for stuffed), but there are smaller and larger sizes too.The regular flavors range from the staples like cherry, wedding cake, etc to some interesting pop culture references like Spongebob, Superman, or Tiger Blood (probably LSU-related, but my brain automatically jumped to Charlie Sheen). Oh, and they have ice cream sundaes, floats, and other frozen treats too.Even with a big line, the servers move quickly. Is it worth a trip to Marrero from the eastbank? Probably not. However, if you are already on the westbank, give it a try! Its no Plum Street, but good enough for me.

Great sno ball stand. It's hard to elaborate on this place. They all are great, well actually I can think of one particullarly sucky one in Harvey.I come here enough I feel like one of the family. They have the typical sno ball stand faire, soft serve, chips, pickles, nachos, chili and candy bars. Priced decentlyThe main thing I want to stress is the amount of flavors they have. Alot! And they seem to add maybe 3-5 every season. Not on the menu but they can make peanut butter shakes!!!! MmmmmmAnyways if your passing by and see this stand, definitely stop in. $1 will buy you a small cup of heaven.Oh and sometimes they stay open well past out of season, but they arent open year round either, so that makes it extra special :-)

Glad to finally find a snowball place in the Westbank that I can go to. Saves me a trip across the river for whenever I'm craving a frosty treat. Even better is that it's close to work and closes late. I was able to bring my mom for my second time there. It's always a plus when I can take my mom to try places out with me.It was busy just as I expected on a hot Sunday afternoon when we pulled up. The last time I stopped I was one out of two people in the lot than the rush came in right after me. So you know this place has to be worth it! They have quite a menu of flavors compared to some other snow ball stands I've been to. I opted for a turtle snowball this time because I've heard so much about it.I'm not a huge chocolate person so I wasn't too sold on it but it was good. I'm glad I did try it other than my usual nectar stuff snowball. My mom chose the pineapple stuffed snowball. I hope she enjoyed it because I finally talked her into trying it with some ice cream. I hope to bring her back often to treat her to more cold treats. Not often I get to spend time with my mom outside of our work so it's a good place to bond some more with the mommy!
