I love this little theater! It's locally owned and so cute inside. There's even a little library with books and VHS tapes!! Good popcorn. Good drinks. I wish the parking lot were bigger. But any amount of parking in the city is welcome. I'll always return to enjoy movies here

I absolutely love the Broad Theater. It reminds me of going to the movies when I was a kid when movie theaters were not all attached to shopping malls. This is definitely a neighborhood theater which is locally owned. The food options are excellent. There are excellent hotdogs, popcorn, and other goodies. The folks that own this place also own The Broadside next door. You can get food there and bring it over to the theater. There is also a good wine selection et cetera. Is the theater experience equivalent to an IMAX or Dolby in one of the big box theaters? No it is not. But I still love coming here especially $6 Tuesdays lol. I hope you will find the time to patronize this locally owned theater.

I have fallen in love with this neighborhood theater. I've been here several times now, and can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. This theater has a real neighborhood feel. It's small enough to give you that intimate vibe, but still has all the things a big theater has to offer in the way of refreshments. I'm sold.

I give this tiny theater, five stars for quaint awesomeness. This is the opposite of the gigantic regal. They serve drinks, yummy snacks, and even hotdogs everything was delicious. I really enjoyed my movie in the comfortable seats. I will have to say that it is not a big super chain and maybe a little bit on the rustic side. But that said, I thought it was really cool, and I will totally go back.

Locally/privately run theater , small intimate setting ! Found on Google search to catch The Color Purple Movie!! Was clean and very functional. Very safe area in New Orleans not far from the French quarter . It's a must visit !!! Have all the amenities (small arcade ) and food/candy as the large movie theater chains!! Definitely worth a visit !!! Serve beer and wine..and I think I saw margaritas on the menu but can't be sure on that !! Unsure if have food other than nachos ! The popcorn was delicious and fresh !!

Super cool spot to hang out, even if not seeing a movie. I spent a couple hours here late in the day into the night drinking beer and playing pinball. The games were all pretty well taken care of. The bar was inexpensive, and the food the good.

The Board Theater is a hidden gem that offers a distinct cinematic experience. I enjoy watching the latest movie releases here while supporting a locally owned business. The theater has a cozy ambiance and personal touch, which provides an alternative to mainstream theaters. The theater showcases a curated selection of independent, foreign, and classic films, catering to cinephiles seeking unique content. The friendly staff, assortment of refreshments/libations and intimate setting create a welcoming atmosphere, making moviegoers feel like part of a community.

You should definitely come here instead of a chain owned theater whenever you can! EVERYTHING is cheaper here and they have a huge drink menu and plenty of snacks. The bar is really cute and a nice place to wait for a movie to start. The theater was comfy and the sound was excellent. Only slight issue was the popcorn tasted kinda old. I'm sure they'd remedy it if you asked though, they seem nice.
