The Bourbon Square Jazz Bar

The food here never disappoints. I have ordered while enjoying the venue and takeout, and the food was great each time. (That may seem unimportant, but I have definitely had this experience before. Once I find that ordering in and takeout do not compliment the food experience, I tend to sway away from the venue). Service is great! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Each encounter with the owners has been pleasant. They even set up a social hour for our staff; that everyone enjoyed!The front part of the place is comfortable, with a large back room. They always seem to reinvent the space, which is neat to watch. There is usually a great live band or DJ. A great place for a late night out!

We attended the Father's Day dinner yesterday, and the food was really tasty. The atmosphere was a bit surprising from the (non-Jazz) music, the Marijuana smoking on the back patio, and the fact that some drinks the bartender didn't know how to make. I learned that there is a lunch menu; therefore, it may be good for an Uber Eats or takeout order.

I went here hungry after a concert in search of finding somewhere to dine in at midnight. The ambiance was perfect- low lights, loud music, karaoke and a cool bartender. My man & I orders the 12 piece wings (jack Daniel flavor & lemon pepper with a cheeseburger. 10/10!!!

If you want a spot that puts their heart and soul in their food and drinks, this is the place. I've never felt this type of way about food beside my own parents cooking. I am so glad I was able to experience this place. I highly recommend, the staff treated us like family, best sea food I ever had.

We stayed upstairs and they had a nice crowd every night! Sunday the lady co owner stated their chef wasn't in so they only had chicken and fries but she made me seafood egg rolls this is southern hospitality! Had her sweating in the kitchen lol but I'm thankful! And they were good!

Discovered Bourbon Square Jazz Bar for a late night need to eat and they did not disappoint!! We came in around 1 am, truly just looking for something to hold us over until the next day. Our expectations were exceeded!!! The lady who took our order was sweet and the vibe was so chill. The food was so great. My friend and I each got the 6 piece wings, lemon pepper and buffalo. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and hot and juicy on the inside. The fries were seasoned well too. Stop by or get a door dash order from this establishment!

I recently had a party here i paid half on my deposit 2 months in advance cause I liked the venue and atmosphere I was told it was 500 to have a party no outside food and drinks and I requested the back area to have my party n ​was told I could come pay the rest before the party and before paying I needed clarity on how my guest would get in due to them having other parties n them charging at the door for another event which ​was for the owners family I was told no outside food or drinks but saw the other party setting up food everything I was told I could not bring to the venue and I was asked after paying did I have a DJ. Well it was a complete get over from the area I paid for not being private to them completely treating me and my guest like we did not plan and pay to have a party in their venue we were made to feel like we wer unwanted and as if we did not pay to be there it was awful I felt like I was robbed without a gun of my special occasion I won't be using their services ever again and won't advise anyone unless they are related to the owner

Incredible jazz bar! Food and drinks were fantastic and the staff made everyone feel at home. Will absolutely be returning and highly recommend!

The food was amazing. I actually ordered thru Uber Eats - I can only imagine what it tastes like at their table. Two thumbs up.
