TCBY Flowers Center

I have not stepped foot in a TCBY since the mid/late 90s and certainly not since the whole DIY frozen yogurt trend took off. I just haven't lived near one. We recently moved nearby and visited this place on Sunday for a treat. I must say, well done! TCBY has clearly adapted to the serve-yourself frozen yogurt fad. We opted for yogurt from the case, but will definitely try the self-serve next time. We each had single-scoop cones, which were very good and hit the spot. Service was efficient and pleasant for a rather busy Sunday afternoon. Lots of people going on an ice cream outing. The indoor ambiance and decor is fun and colorful. My daughter loved the retro-style furniture. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I frequent TCBY in Slidell and use that as a basis for this review. The yogurt was good and we received a 10% discount for having gone to Izzo's for dinner. The place was clean, organized and well lit. My issue was the customer service. The young lady behind the counter was just plain grumpy/rude. Felt like we were interrupting her by trying to check out. No "thank you", no "come back", nothing. Just told us how much it was, took our money and moved on. Would continue to return for the yogurt but would hope grumpy would get happy.

Out of all the self-serve yogurt shops in the area, I think this one is the best. I was expecting a regular tcby w/cones & was a little disappointed when I walked in w/my 5 yr old son and saw all the yogurt machines on the wall. (He, however, was enthralled.) But they have about 12 flavors to choose from and they beat all the other shops in terms of creaminess and taste. The only bummer is that all the cups are huge so you wind up over-serving yourself. (But they all do this.) There's a jillion toppings and syrups to put on if you choose. My son loved it and ate his whole bowl and the rest of mine. Good place.

The young ladies at this location are so rude. If you guys don't want to use local flavor then stop putting the ad in the magazine. Sadly I will not return.

My husband and I have not been to TCBY in many years. While we remembered it as someone serving us, we were met with self serve. We enjoyed serving ourselves but not when it came to checking out.... Over $20 for 2 yogurts & we never saw a price posted anywhere. While the yogurt flavors were good, they are overpriced for sure.

Frozen yogurt is bussin.The toppings are amazing so many options! I love this place, wish I could go every day!

On these hot days it is nice to find a cool treat. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was pleasant and clean

Tall employee is extremely rude!! I go here with my boys quite frequently, but I'm giving this establishment a negative rating because of the staff. I don't feel like the employees even attempt to put on a happy face for their customers. Bathroom is gross, toppings seem old. Will not be returning!
