Taqueria Mi Rancho

We were greeted with a smile upon entry. After being sat, I asked what their top sellers were. The lovely host pointed us towards the birria which is exactly what I ordered. My boyfriend got the 4 tacos (lengua, pollo, bistec, and pork). The food was so good although the oil my tacos were cooked in tasted a little old. I masked that taste once I dipped them in the consomé, drizzled them in the salsa, and spritzed them with lime. That's the reason for the deduction in stars. My horchata was also really good. Boyfriend liked his sweet tea- said it tasted homemade. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and the Univision playing on the TV. I would definitely make the trip to Kenner to eat at Taqueria Mi Rancho again.

Love my little taco spot in Kenner. I used to visit a lot when I lived close and decided to stop in while in the area shopping. I had their delicious street tacos, a variety that included steak, pork, chicken, and beef tongue. They're always sweet and friendly and the service is amazing!

Absolute best authentic Mexican food you can get out here. Staff is always so nice and never have an issue accommodating my cilantro allergy. I will always make the extra drive to eat here, it's worth it every time!

Such a cute place. The food was really good and authentic, I felt like it was made by my abuela. I will be coming to try everything else. The service was good and very clean inside. It is a bit pricey for the serving size but hey it's 2023. Everything is overpriced.

I have no idea how I ended up at this place. It's almost at the end of Williams blvd by the casino. You could drive right past it. We walked in and my fiancé was horrified. The menu is in Spanish only!I'm fluent so I described the menu to her. We had some beef and chicken tacos and 2 of the 1/2 liter Mexican cokes with sugar as opposed to corn syrup. The place was clean and the food was authentic and really good!!

Wow. Fantastic tacos. Horchata was amazing also. And who would have guessed the rice and beans would be so darn good. This tiny Mexican restaurant could easily go unnoticed were it not for Yelp. But it's well worth the drive out of your way for dinner or lunch.

This casita is definitely authentic. My wife is of Mexican descent and having lived in El Paso for 17 years, this place is a hidden gem. Live the down home Mexican atmosphere. Chicken Flautas were the BEST we have ever had. Loaded with chicken and seasoned to perfection. Amazing Tacos, just like street tacos in Mexico. Love this place with definitely be back! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I want to go back and then give a 5 star review. Muy delicioso....Adios Amigos

Hole in the wall with about 8 tables. Visiting from out of town. Came here for breakfast. Food we ordered was great. I didn't specify how I wanted my eggs on the chilaquiles. They were cooked over-hard. Next time I'll ask for over-easy.

This is the best Mexican restaurant experience I've ever had. Hands down. All of the food is made fresh, in-house. The server was absolutely incredible. And it felt so homey there. The green sauce they make... cannot describe in words. Never going anywhere else.

Excellent food and sauces, reasonable prices and rapid service. This is my go-to Mexican spot in Kenner
