When you ALWAYS ask for extra salsa verde & "salsa verde al dentro" (because yes, of course I'm learning how to ask for it also *inside* my burrito in Spanish) Always have as much of a conversation as we can and always tip generously to the sweetest lady who works at the best Taqueria truck in Houma... this is what you get. Authentic, amazing Mexican food. Best I've had in Houma. Took a little bit to get the food, but it was worth it.

Went to this place as it was one of the only places near the PHI heliport in Houma after flights were delayed and they released us for breakfast. I was pleased to find a hardworking employee who mentioned the place was open from 5am-11pm 7 days a week. The food was delicious and authentically Mexican. Only con was the limited outdoor seating which may not appeal if you are in a large group.However I would definitely recommend going here if in Houma. Don't be scared by the few reviews most don't know if this hidden gem.

My number one recommendation for anyone in Houma is to try this place. It is very appealing from the outside since it looks a little run down and can smell residual stench from the garage nearby. Indoor seating is also in need of work. They have a variety of hot sauces at each table and a nice sized menu that is very fairly priced. They have yummy tacos and burritos (with everything add sour cream cheese and both chicken and steak). They also have an item similar to a quesadilla that you should get with beans (pupusa). Employees don't speak much English if any at all. One is the few places I wish I could bring back home. Definitely a go-to spot if you're a local.

Try the Barbados, best I have had. Being from Southern California , I get cravings for true Mexican food and this is it. Great food, good pricing and very friendly service. No English , but plenty of pictures.

Great little place ! Offerings of street food and authentic Spanish cuisine. The ladies are super timid due to language barriers but make up for this ten fold in enthusiasm to serve you. I have eaten here on many occasions and was introduced to Magnolia (even though in my own community) by some of my Spanish co workers coming in from Texas, Puerto Rico, Guadalajara as their favorite home type foods.. wish them well and maybe great expansion in the future. Old building could use help..

This place is very good, authentic Mexican food and delicious tacos, on the weekends they have a sit in restaurant and they serve homemade classics like menudo soup.

Clean, authentic, affordable, efficient and most of all absolutely DELICIOUS! Their homemade real fruit drinks are also phenomenal. The ladies are so sweet and while not fluent yet, it's not a real challenge to communicate. It's fresh food done so well. My go to spot to avoid fast food but still stay low cost.

This place is absolutely delicious! I just moved here from out of state and was super bummed when I found out that Chipotle closed but when I found this place, it exceeded ALL my expectations, and actually tastes better than Chipotle! The staff is also really nice! I highly recommend it if you love Mexican food!:)

I was greeted with such a beautiful big smile, I felt so useless ordering, forgetting all of the spanish that I practicing the night before anticipating the Birria burritos I've heard about online..but my worries were curbed when the woman called over a young sweet girl to help translate.. And I have to tell you..the birria burrito was the best thing I have ever eaten..With every bite, I had to pause and thank God. Then I saw the green sauce tried it and I thanked God again. I was in food heaven. Haha I'm not joking. Language is a barrier but Love is universal & the food is most Def. Made with love. The portions are so big for the price. I highly recommend. I will be using a translator app next time to help make things less worrisome all together.
