If I could rate Tanglewood 0 starts, I WOULD. I moved out June 1, 2018 even though my lease wasn't up until July 31, 2018. So I paid the rest of the two months that I had left, to save myself from any problems. I was told that since I paid the rent for those two months, that the apartment is still mine and nobody can enter the apartment. So we kept a couple things in there while we took our time moving into our new home. June 15, 2018, I get a call from one of the incredibly rude clerks, "Kathy" about how maintenance had to enter the apartment due to a foul smell coming from it. This was okay because I had forgotten that I left a couple food items in the refrigerator and the lights were turned out. She then asked, "Well are you coming back to get your stuff?" I informed her that I was, and that I had until July 31. The next day, I go to the apartment to grab a couple things, and my laptop was GONE. Nobody has access to the apartment except the maintenance workers and I. I called the front office and Kathy answered. I asked to speak to a manager and she transferred me to some number. I was sent to voicemail. This happened MULTIPLE times. Either they send me to a number where no one answers, or they just don't answer the phone at all! I'm highly disappointed and will get the police involved. The maintenance workers are rude and now, thieves. It also took them 3 days to fix my air one time when the air went out. STAY AWAY FROM TANGLEWOOD!!!!!!!
