Nice place to go on Taco Tuesday. I enjoyed the queso and the chips. I'm not really a taco person but I was in the mood for some and these did the job. Also enjoyed my drink. Heads up, it's really packed and busy on Tuesdays

Like the name says: you cannot go wrong with an order of tacos & beer. I have been to the location on St Charles in NOLA and was pleasantly surprised with the food so I decided to try the Hammond location. To compare, the food was consistently good and surprisingly authentic (compared to some local chains that dominate the area). The Hammond location however is much nicer, brighter and was packed at lunchtime on a Wednesday. Service was also nice and friendly. The overall vibe here was nicer and my food was great. I ordered a small sangria margarita ($5) and three tacos ($2.50 each). They also give you a sample cup of their slow cooked, delicious beans, complimentary. I think its a steal and great quick, affordable lunch if you are in the area! I will gladly come back to any and all locations!

No salsa for chips to start and $6 for the smallest serving of queso i have seen to date.For food allergies, if you receive food dofferent from what the menu states, you will be informed to fully pay for a replacement meal.Or after 45 minutes they will comp it (and trash it) after everyone has to-go boxes already (with a wonderful waiteress help) but they make sure to take that food back and throw it in the trash so no one else can eat it just for the principle. Truly the worst experience iv ever had with service from a reasturant and how they are run

This place is great, I love the fact that they are open late some night out of the week so that if you are craving a late night taco and chips and salsa go here. Their Baja fish tacos are so good and is definitely a must try. Best Mexican restaurant in Hammond.

Outstanding menu and drinks. Really awesome vibe about the place with good music and decor throughout. I travel a lot and this is one of my favorites of anywhere. Service was excellent as well.

We called in a to go order and ordered a burrito bowl. We drove to pick it up and they charged us for 6 burrito bowls. They said there's nothing they could do and charged us for 6 bowls. We won't be ordering from tacos and beer again. We loved this place and ordered from there often. The way this was handled was awful.

Best tacos in Hammond! We love going here! Service is always great. It's kind of a small place so sometimes it feels really packed, but the food is worth it!
