Some of the best snowballs you can get it's a very nice place and they have so many flavors I love the snowball and you will too

I've been going to Sugar Shack since I was a little girl, and they are still my favorite snowball I've ever had. Their ice is always the softest, and I still get the same flavor to this day. Their chocolate really is the best chocolate snowball in the city! I've moved to the north shore now, but every time I come get my hair done I have to get my favorite snowballs!

I love Sugar shack! They have the best snowballs in the parish!! Their flavor Strawberry Cheesecake Deluxe is heaven

I've been coming to the Sugar Shack since I was a little kid and I can't wait to bring my own kids some day. The snowballs are always amazing!

This place is great! I went with friends and tried the stuffed snowballs (snowballs stuffed with ice cream). We had the red velvet, blue smurf, and snow white special flavors. Highly recommended!

This place has excellent snowballs and they move pretty quick. Only problem is they prices could be a little less expensive since they are the closest stand in the area.

I hate when there isn't an option for zero stars! I've been on a snowball kick because of pregnancy cravings, so I've tried a snowball from just about every place in New Orleans. I stopped at sugar shack for my fix on the way to visit my sister, who had just had a baby, and was still having ice cravings. I ordered a large pink lady "easy on the syrup" for me and a large cup of ice for my sister. The large snowballs are $3.00 (plus .60 for premium flavors), so I was shocked when my order total was $6.60!! I only had six dollars and had to walk my pregnant self back to the car (which was parked a ways down the road) for .60. Apparently, they charge you the full price for a cup of plain ice (the only snowball place I have ever known to do this). I could have gotten over the ice ripoff, if my pink lady wouldn't have come back with no top and swimming in syrup. I could have gotten over all of that, if the snowball would have actually tasted good. What a disappointment! I'm still craving a snowball! Go someplace else!
