Sue's is phenomenal. They were so helpful. I've never met people that were more nice and knowledgeable about jewelry and were willing to share that knowledge with their customers. They are wonderful people.

I walked in knowing that I wanted nothing but the label pearls. I'm not a savvy jewelry buyer, but the sales Lady Michelle or Melissa, I can't remember, was very patient and helpful, she found me the perfect piece for my girlfriend, and I wound up buying the whole set. Girlfriend went crazy over it, score one for me, score one for Sue's jewelry.

Not a Jeweler. This is just a jewelry store that outsources to jewelers and charges a middleman fee. Avoid Sue's Jewelry for custom pieces. I was promised an "identical" recreation of an antique engagement ring by Ronnie in May of 2024. I put down $1000. In October of 2024, the product of 5 months of back and forth, multiple price increases (due to rising cost of gold and miscalculation of workmanship fees), and endless frustration, is hardly even reminiscent of the fine piece of jewelry I had requested. It looks like a man's class ring with twisted gem settings and rough edges. I am beyond disappointed in Ronnie for promising so much more than he could deliver. I am now 2 weeks away from my wedding with no rings and -$1000.

Friendly, attentive and caring staff. No hard selling to encourage customer to purchase more expensive pieces. Repair work ready when promised.

I love Sues! Ronnie, Sue and Melissa make you feel like family when you visit. I only trust them with my jewelry. Ronnie has the best ideas for jewelry design and everything they have is beautiful. Love love love my Sue's jeweler! I've been going there for the last 20 years and they have now become like family! Family run business who does it right! No matter if you go there in a fancy outfit covered in diamonds or like me shorts and a t shirt you get treated the same! The quality is always excellent and the service is like your sister or momma is helping you! Just great people!

Hey Karl H. thanks for yet ANOTHER 1 star review. Guess what? I'm going to Sue's this morning to get my wife's anniversary present. I've been going to Sue's for years and will continue to do so. Great selection of local artists and traditional jewelry as well! This is what a local jewelry store is all about. They know their neighbors and what we want.
