Swoot Cycle is better: Alternatively I always look forward to supporting & dropping in to Trilogy whenever I'm in town from Los Angeles as well, which is quite often. But I have to say, it's a bit frustrating when I make the trek all the way from the French Quarter for a 7AM class (who's doing this in Nola), only to be turned away because I missed my reservation window by a few minutes. Since I pay heavy memberships for Equinox / NOAC / Soul-Cycle between LA / NY, I prefer to book all my other fitness interests through ClassPass. Instead of trying to accommodate or work something out, the receptionist was less than friendly--borderline hostile, actually. I would've gladly paid for a $30 class to honor "policy" if the approach had been more welcoming. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely turned off. Now, in a city like New Orleans, where cycling and fitness aren't exactly booming industries and the previous Cycle bar shut down , you'd think a little warmth and effort to build healthy relationship with spirited - health conscious customers like myself would be a no brainer. Especially since the studio is new and there's usually only 2-4 people per class? On a positive side: in the past, Morgan has been cool/friendly, but it's clear that hospitality isn't an important standard investment across the board here. Happily sticking to Swoot Cycle down the street-they've consistently shown flexibility and a much better understanding of customer care, even in this exact scenario. It goes a long way.

This was my first ride with Studio Trilogy and the owner Morgan who greeted me let me know that they are newly open. I had a great first experience. Morgan greeted me with so much kindness and made me feel welcome. I did my Friday evening ride with Bri and I loved her class. She was so helpful and ensured each rider received help before and after the class. The class was intense and challenging but I felt so energized pushing myself to give it my all. I know I'm going to be the sore but I know it was a great workout. I look forward to making it to another class in the near future!

You couldn't ask for a more welcoming fitness community than the team at Trilogy. The classes, whether spin, strength, or mobility based, can be scaled to challenge any fitness level so you'll always leave with a good sweat - and there's a cozy sauna to help out in that department too! Truly one of my favorite places in New Orleans.

I have been taking spin classes for several years and have been to many places across the greater New Orleans area. Studio Trilogy is hands down the best spin studio in the city. The instructors are top notch. They have themed rides which are awesome and motivate you. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The business is locally owned. Do yourself a favor and take a class there...you won't be disappointed.

I'm not someone that finds joy in exercise. I'm not going to lie and say that every second is "fun" or that I'm "excited" to sweat. It's just not me. But Trilogy creates a perfect space for me to challenge myself without the dread and anxiety that plagued my workouts for so long. This place is really really special. They drive home that working out is so much greater than the inches we want to lose or the muscles we want to gain. It's about the strength and perseverance we grow to achieve and self-love and community we can foster through that. I can't wait for more people to love this studio and find solace through its doors like I have.
