horrible! my mom ordered a bed from your shitty company over 8 motnhs ago, still no delivery.. she spent 4 weeks in the hospital before she passed away, hoping she would be home to recover in her bed. called today to find out where it was, of course its "on the truck" "will be there today" never showed up... honestly you should just close this business because you cannot deliver what you say you will. just close your doors bc you suck

Wow! If you're looking for furniture... definitely visit St Germain Furniture! Extremely friendly and helpful without making you feel pressured. We went looking for a recliner for my Mom who just moved into a nursing care facility and has some specific requirements for size and function...we found the perfect match and she loved it...and they had it delivered by the time we got her home 3 blocks away. Thank you Patty and the rest of the crew at St Germain Furniture...you made an 87 year old lady VERY HAPPY!

So I rolled my eyes when walking in, thinking this would be a quick and wasteful trip but seriously, the commercials are not wrong. At St. Germain's they will treat you right and the quality does exceed the price. They treat you like family in that naturally Nawlins' way. Pat, was really friendly, helpful and direct without being pushy or hovering. They were readily available to answer questions but let me wander and explore the furniture and they have plenty. For a local discount shop, I was surprised by the variety, prices and the quality. I wasn't expecting much. After shopping at about 15 furniture shops, local, national and online, they really had the best dining set I could have hoped for. It looks way more expensive than it was. Delivery was also fast and easy. I purchased monday and they delivered uptown to me Wednesday morning. By far, they had the best delivery/setup options of the places I shopped. My delivery guy, Gerald, was friendly, efficient and even helped me move my old dining set a few streets over to my family's house after the set up. They were careful with every move. I'll be shopping there again.

We purchased a sectional from here and are very pleased with our experience. We looked around the store on a couple occasions before deciding and never felt pressured to buy anything. When we finally did decide and ordered our furniture it came in 2 weeks earlier than expected. The delivery men put it together for us. We've had the piece for a few weeks now and are very happy. The prices are also very competitive. For a local store we were kind of surprised at how great the prices were. We will definitely go back when we decide to buy more.

This store is fantastic, great selection and prices, but more than anything their staff are amazing, specifically Mary (sweetest lady ever). I purchased a couch that ended up being too big for the room and they not only gave me full credit when they picked it up for free the next day, but they spent almost two hours with my husband and I helping us piece together a sectional that would work in our space. I love my new couch and would recommend this store for anyone looking for furniture.

Very unprofessional lied on several occasions about the furniture being delivered after given a certain date. Once it was delivered they didn't have all the pieces. The item that was on back order after calling came in two months later and I was told it was coming one day and it never came after waiting. The next day I was told it was coming and it till never came. Waited a second day and now they not answering. They don't ever have to worry about me purchasing anything else from them. I would t refer my enemy to go there.

Worst place I've ever been to. Very rude for someone wanting your money. Ordered furniture months ago & I understand we are in a pandemic. Not once in the 4 months that I was waiting on my furniture did anyone contact me & let me know the status of my order. It was only supposed to take 3 weeks 4 months later still nothing not one phone call or letter. All good just bought a new place & the whole place needs to be furnished we will be taking our business across the street to furniture mart!!

I totally understand the hit small businesses took during 2020, which is a large reason my family chose to give our business to St. Germain's vs a large furniture store. However the manner which they are trying to compensate for any loss is fraudulent and bad business practice. My parents purchased a sofa and love seat seat last summer via their lay away program and paid it out in full within a few months of starting that. The first battle began, stating that the sofa was not in because of the manufacturer, a couple months went by with trying to get it, they are finally given just the sofa several months after having paid off the entire purchase. As of today, they still don't have their complete purchase, placing the entire blame on the manufacturer and providing no solution and treating a rightfully frustrated customer like a nuisance. My poor 70 year dad has been placed on hold and ignored, he proved it as once he called on his way their to make sure a particular employee was there and he was put on hold just to find the employee that took the call, siting down with the phone off the hook as he arrived minutes later. Why not offer an alternative? Why not make a valid effort to contact the manufacturer on one of the dozens of visits my dad has made? Honestly, why not have some respect for your own morality and business and offer your customer some sort of friendly resolution?

We were a little skeptical buying furniture from here but they had the couch we wanted for the lowest price we could find so we had to take it. They didn't have our exact couch on display in store but they use this HUGE tv monitor display to help you pick out exactly what you want. The sales people were friendly and you can tell it's like a family there, a little crazy but who cares. They said it would take about 10 days to get our couch in store for delivery but it took about three weeks cause they were waiting on one piece. A little bit of a setback but what can you do? Anyways they received it in store on Thursday and delivered it Saturday. They don't call to say it's on the way but I was sitting on home waiting for them anyways. Luckily it got here around 11. They installed it themselves and ever put up covers on the door frames so not to scratch or dent anything which I really appreciated!! All in all a good experience and we will definitely go back there for any other furniture needs.

This place is great! From the outside you wouldn't know what an enormous warehouse full of furniture this is! Be prepared for lots of choices. We got a good deal on a living room set that we loved. And the best part was Pat who helped us / she gave us her card when we walked in, but told us she wasn't going to pressure us and just encouraged us to look around until we needed her. She was great to work with and very pleasant and help us get great furniture! We will go back again
