Spoke & Hub

Had a great experience at Spoke & Hub and will definitely be back.Started with the Cajun Spinach & Artichoke Dip, which was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice. It disappeared quickly. Ordered a Bloody Mary to go with it, and it was well-balanced with a good kick.For my main dish, I went with the Ranchero Breakfast Bowl from their 'Breakfast All Day' menu (which I love). Eggs are made to order (I opted for scrambled which I recommend) and the queso hit the spot without being too heavy. We sat outside on a beautiful day, which made the experience even better. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.

I don't think I ordered the correct food to give this place the chance it deserved. The presentation of everything coming out was amazing. Very good atmosphere, location, and service. I will come back and give this place another chance. The only reason it is a 4 is because they messed the order up and didn't fix it.

I've been here several times and I like this place but I have mixed thoughts on the chicken biscuit: the chicken & gravy was great but the biscuit was all hard & not so great. I actually just ended up eating the chicken & gravy. Maybe it's bc I got carryout? I'm not sure but the biscuit was a fail. The cake shakes are AMAZING! If you haven't tried one then your missing out. I've had the Red Velvet one several times and the Carrot Cake one too. They're both incredible! The Nola Nectar is delicious too but I think their cake shake is the best milkshake in town! Whenever I eat here everything is delicious! I love their croffles! The red beans are delicious and so are their fried green tomatoes. The service is always great and everyone is always friendly. I'll definitely keep dining in but I don't think I'll ever order carryout again.

I wanted to love Spoke & Hub but it just wasn't there for me. The inside is so cute and they do have a good menu selection. I just wasn't a fan of what I ordered. I got the Avocado Toast on a Croffle (a croissant toasted in a waffle press). It was just kind of underwhelming. I think that the concept is fun but (in my opinion) most people who are ordering avocado toast are sometimes looking for something on a somewhat healthier side. I think this dish would be better if it was offered on sourdough toast, I would even pay extra for this.

Food has not been a let down the past 2 times I've ate there. They are great with service too,very attentive and the food has always came to the table correct and hot. While it's a smaller place it's still very much worth dining in and enjoying the decor and vibe. I will definitely visit this restaurant many more times in the future of its business life. Can't wait to go back!

We were looking for a place with a diverse menu, found Spoke & Hub, and glad we did! We all ended up ordering breakfast and everything was delicious. We tried the savory croffle, chicken & biscuit, hash brown chorizo, and pancakes. We can recommend them all! The croffle is a little sweet (and we were hesitant to try it) but it worked! The pecan pancakes were loaded with pecans in the batter. The service was excellent, our server was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is fun and a great place to watch a game in the bar, brunch with friends, or a big family outing. If we're ever in Baton Rouge again, we'll be back!

Pretty well established spot in BR. Friendly staff and helpful service. Kind of an old style diner with a hipster feel to it. Pretty unique food items with options to suit everyone.

Heidi took great care of us on Sunday. Hubby & I stopped in for brunch and absolutely loved it. His shrimp and grits were very interesting, almost like the sauce was tomato gravy. I had the hot turkey sammie and boy did it not disappoint. I mentioned how I loved Brussel sprouts to Heidi and she said theirs were so good, so of course I had to try them. She wasn't kidding! Definitely a great place for brunch.

Today was a beautiful day for breakfast so we chose Spoke & Hub. My husband and I came here over 2 years ago and the menu has changed quite a lot. None of the items we loved from the last visit were on the current menu. However, the food that we ordered today was great! I will definitely come back again but for lunch instead of breakfast since the breakfast options aren't really my speed anymore. Our server was really good and attentive as well. We were greeted warmly by the host and we chose to sit on the patio to soak up some sun.

Absolutely amazing brunch before heading down to NOLA for the Taylor Swift concert. Blown away by the food, decor, and hospitality and honestly, even just the cup of coffee since good coffee is hard to find! Highly recommend!
