Spirits' Bar & Lounge

The food is pretty good. We had the slash burger with fries and the shrimp platter. We enjoyed both. The service was great The ambiance is casual and we were there for a convention so it was very busy. I don't think it's that busy all the time. It's in the Riverwalk Hilton along with Dragos and. The Ounlic Belt.

For a bar in a hotel, it's not bad, but it's also not the best. I almost always steer clear of hotel bars because I know one thing for certain. The prices are going to be out of this world. I wasn't wrong there.Service is impeccable, from the bartenders to the servers, they are amazing. Friendly and helpful. If you are from out of town they definitely can point you in the right direction for exactly what you are looking for. They are also very accommodating. This place serves food as well, mostly what you can get from Drago's which is connected. I will give it one thing. It is convenient if you don't feel like venturing out and just want to relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer. Something to note, it can be very noisy depending on the time of day. It is open to most everything here, that being the main entrance, front desk, elevators, and the list could go on and on.

My wife really enjoyed the pianist's performance. The drinks are okay. The resurrection drink looked quite interesting, although neither of us had it.

The bartender was super friendly, chatty, and silly. That's the plus. Not the best hotel bar; we actually only went here because the fancier bar on level 2 isn't open during the day. My Old Fashioned was adequate, but not special, and definitely not worth the $15 price tag! Save yourself some dough and go elsewhere. They do offer complimentary bar snacks and there are tvs, but it isn't a great atmosphere. I wouldn't drink here again.

Nice for a late night bite and drink while staying in the hotel. Service was good, and the flatbread was just what I was looking for. I wish I'd tried it earlier in my stay.

The bar sits inside the Hilton in New Orleans and also sits in the middle of Drago's Seafood restaurant which offers a bit of confusion because it is a different business and while dining at Drago's you cannot order from this bar. We went back for a late night drink and appetizer. Had the hot wings and they were really good. The customer service was good and they stay open later than most places in the immediate vicinity. The ambiance was also good. I will be going back on my next visit

I only had the wings here, but they were so good I had them twice in three days. Price was reasonable. Service was good too especially considering how busy it was at the time of my visit.

Had a great time at Spirits at the Hilton Riverside. Bartender Chance, despite his poor choice of favorite MLB baseball teams, was friendly and attentive to our drinking needs. You don't see Phillies fans like this out in the wild often, so we appreciated his ability to balance good customer service with poor taste in teams. We expected Chance to act like a typical Phillies fan (possibly throwing a helmet at us), but rather he was great and left us with a pleasant bar experience.
