*** Vegetarian Review ***Starters - Buffalo tofu lettuce wrap. If you like those PF Chang lettuce cups, you'll absolutely need to order these. The tofu is perfectly fried and has that sticky chew for a great texture. Gnocchi - nice texture to the outer crust. Savory sauce. This was a winner. Reuben Sandwich - full disclaimer. I don't like sauerkraut and cannot stand rye bread. So, I got the sauerkraut on the side and finished the entire sandwich, bread and all. Sandwiches are all about the bread and I cannot confirm or deny, but this must be a house made bread. Thick slice and a gooey chew. Overall - great vibe here. Ended up buying a hat just because I was in the moment. Service is super attentive and friendly.

Awesome vegetarian and vegan options. Love the inside since it's kind of bohemian. Menu and drink menu are very eclectic. I made a reservation but probably didn't need one. The neighborhood and location is great! Love the Marigny.

With a name like Sneaky Pickle, we thought the menu would be full of pickle plates. We were wrong, but it's still worth visiting. It's more than worth visiting. It's among the best food we had while spending six days in New Orleans. Dining around 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday in April, here's our experience.1) Food: Everything we ate was delicious starting with the oysters and ending with the wagyu burger, which my seven-year-old daughter enjoyed too. The sunchokes are unique and worth ordering. My mother-in-law loved the squid ink pasta and my wife really enjoyed the buffalo tofu lettuce wraps (what they are known for). 2) Drink: Their menu includes cocktails, beer, wine, and more. I ordered a rainbow sherbet sour ale. My wife liked their brine drink for a savory option.3) Service: From the hostess to the server, everyone was kind, efficient, and welcoming. Our food was perfectly timed.4) Space: It's beautiful with a large indoor dining room and a bar. There are two unisex restrooms in the back near the stairs to the second level, which I assumed was for staff only. 5) Area: We found free street parking nearby. Located inside Bywater, it's a great neighborhood to walk around after dinner, finding little houses and parks. For dessert, we walked to nearby Big O's Original Popsicle Doorbell.

Sorry, but here I go again! Sneaky pickle for the win!For lunch today, we started with cocktails - Queen of Fire & Ice (frozen cocktail), and the Shrub & Soda. The Queen had a spicy note, with a slight hint of sweetness. Nicely balanced and easy to drink. The Shrub & Soda was decadence in a glass. The strawberry with a hint of black pepper, washed over with the lemon and soda was just scrumptious down to the last sip.For the food, we ordered the daily "Bowl of Food". Today's version had rice as a base, with turnips, seaweed, picked red onion, and red beans. Every bite was better than the last, and it was very filling as some is going home for tomorrow's breakfast! (do not judge!) In addition, I ordered the mushroom taco from today's list of specials, and the watermelon and greens salad. The taco was stuffed with pickled, then lightly fried chanterelle mushrooms, pickled onions, grilled corn and avocado crème. Who knew that much goodness could be stuffed into a tortilla? Well, I can testify they did it! The salad was just what I needed as a finisher. It was light, refreshing, with a tiny bit of sweetness from the watermelon. The salad had greens, chopped macadamia nuts, picked red onion, and thinly sliced cucumber. In short, yummy-yum in a bowl! The ambience is always on point. The room is large enough for each table to have private conversation, but always full of people enjoying their food, libations and one another.I am a carnivore who likes meat with a side of meat, yet I LOVE Sneaky Pickle. I always enjoy my selections and NEVER miss the meat. (PSSST, if you want meat, check them out at night for dinner in Bar Brine.)

Yum! This place is great for vegetarians and meat eaters alike! The atmosphere is cool and the folks working were super friendly and helpful (towards both locals and tourists). I got the Reuben sandwich (vegetarian with tempeh!) and it was delicious. The drinks are solid too. Definitely recommend and would return!

We arrived before afternoon closing. So things were a bit rushed. However, I enjoyed the bright and inviting vibes, the colorful decor and all around cuteness of the space. The bar tenders were kind. We ordered at the bar before we sat by a lovely window table. I ordered the "bowl of food" and my colleague who's a regular ordered her favorite roasted cauliflower salad. The bowl of food for the day was peanut curry and it was everything. Yummy chickpeas, brown rice, kale and curry lined the bowl. I was very pleased. We had to hurry this time but I'll be back for a more leisurely visit.

I ordered the vegan mac and cheese, and as someone who isn't even vegetarian, I was really impressed by how flavorful and creamy it was. The portion size was huge even when I got the smaller/medium size bowl. They have a special menu that seems to change often so there is endless new choice to pick from. I can definitely see myself coming back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend for anyone, whether you're vegan or not!

I had a great lunch at Sneaky Pickle! The decor is super cute and bright, I bet it would be a romantic location for drinks at night. I got the veggie burger and it was very good and large! I ended up bringing half of it home. The fries were also good. I would like to go back to try more dishes.

Once I took the first bite I couldn't stop eating till it was all gone. Not normally a salad person but the cauliflower tofu salad made my heart melt and the Reuben had the perfect amount of flavor. The only time a stopped chewing was to drink my pumpkin horchata (N/A) and spiked lemonade. Can't wait to come back!

I really wanted to love this place - as someone who is a lifelong vegetarian and lover of New Orleans. However, it took 45 minutes to get served ANYTHING after our order was put in. 45 mins in we got our pickle plate, an hour in we got a tempeh Rueben (with literally 1.5 tiny strips of tempeh in the entire thing) and hour in we got our Mac and cheese which was delicious and the saving grace. Extremely disappointed in the service, especially since only around 70% of tables were occupied at the time. Our meal took so long that we missed our next activity :(
