Solid smoke shop. My item, A glass oil burner, can be difficult to find though they carried one, and only one, version, but one is better than none! LOL the staff was professional and helpful and efficient, and the prices were moderate. It was very convenient to my hotel and easy to find on Canal Street.

I've tried multiple e-cig products and it's sad to say the majority of puff bars and other e cigs they sell are fakes / counterfeits. 3 different occasions, 5-6 different products tried and all off them lose their flavor and die out in less than a day. Upon return I've tried telling the store workers / manager that their products may be defect / counterfeit, but I was met with indifference, and even one time denial and passive aggression / borderline disrespect. Funny part was that I wasn't looking for a refund or compensation, I was merely trying to let the workers know that their source may not be a reliable source for products but they didn't seem to care. Interior looks good... sadly that's about it.

Loved the warm welcome until the Fraud happened. A Bait & Switch and quickly put into an opaque bag. The shorted change for a random "round up" I spent $56 at this shop getting a few things. ~ They didn't honor the 20% off YELP coupon ~I left, then came back because I noticed my change was wrong and the items were not what I asked for in the store. I then was over this location I wanted my refund. I was told that I can be removed forcefully and the owners of the location became irate. then said I was now trespassing. I called 911, they then tried to intimidate me into hanging up and that they always win with the police. Getting within a foot of me. I decided to leave and will be discussing legal remedies. Both owners were present and I am happy to subpoena footage!Stay clear of this place.

Smoke Sum is the best smoke shop in Nola. Kobe hooked us up and was super helpful. There is so much selection at the shop. Great prices and deals.

Amazing service, excellent attention, great selection. All the way from Puerto Rico and couldn't be happier.

Was treated very rudely and unfairly, also overpriced for the limited selection that they offer.

selection and "customer service" was the worst. i'm not buying anything from anyone who asks when I walk into the store , "what do you want". it's almost like a secondhand shop because there's one of everything in the store. it wasn't worth me paying my $17 for parking.

Sadly im unable to give them 0 stars. That is the rating they deserve. The front desk employee scams you. He will tell you their is real THC in the shop. Edibles, flower, & electronic THC capes. ITS ALL A LIE! i honestly blame myself. Weed is not legal in Louisiana yet so their is NO WAY a store would sell it & risk losing their business license. I knew that but i trusted the guys word. Once i left the store & examined the product i purchased, i realized it was Delta-9. Delta-9 is fake weed. Lab made. I dont want that mess. I walked to the front door with my purchase & realized it was delta-9 then tried to return it for refund. A refund 10 seconds after purchasing. Of course the employee said "no refunds". Typical scammers. They will never get another dollar from myself or anyone that i know. I will never return to this embarrassment of an establishment.

Don't think I'll ever come back to this place. Have gotten cheap, fake versions of ecigs that I usually buy elsewhere. Gave them another try and bought a butane lighter that they upcharged me on $10 (this flimsly piece of plastic could be bought for $5 off amazon sold to me at $15 as if it were a favor). Worst part is, that this thing doesnt even work lol. Doesn't take in any fluid and leaks and barely makes a spark (sometimes if I'm lucky). Would not recommend coming here, its all looks. Quality of products they hold are either super cheap and fake or overpriced by a huge margin.

I didn't even know the name of what I needed. They couldn't have been more helpful. Talked me through exactly what I came for and was extremely patient. Friendly and attentive service and they offered me a solid product at a low price. And the next day I'm still super happy with my purchase. I cannot recommend this place enough.
