We needed a ride to a tour that was three hours away. Sean from SMB Transportation was recommended to us and he did not disappoint. He arrived early, had clean and comfortable SUV for us, and the price was very reasonable. And the best part, he is an awesome guy! We had great conversations during our ride. Reliable, Full-scale Transportation Service. I used SMB for airport transportation and travel within NO proper. My group totaled four, and SMB had no problem accommodating us. The drivers (Sean and Perry) were very personable and had the type of NOLA insight that comes from being natives! Not only did they get us where we needed to go, they also gave us the 411 on the best eats and treats. Their vehicles are clean and comfortable, and their professional manner made our trip a delight.

This company offers GREAT personalized service and is very flexible. I used SMB transportation for transport to and from the airport. I was greeted professionally at the airport and receive AWESOME customer service from Mr sean. The car was very clean (black SUV) and the ride was comfortable.The driver arrived on time to the airport meeting me at baggage claim. I also scheduled to be taken back to the airport and both encounters were great! SMB was punctual and waited for me when I was running late at no extra charge.
