Shaytigg’s Food & Pastries

We work nearby and LOVE this place. Family owned and operated by the finest people you'll ever meet, and that shows in the food. I have tried about half of the menu so far, and I'm yet to be disappointed. They have tasty and affordable daily specials M-Th, like red and white beans, meatballs and spaghetti, and maybe the best meatloaf I've ever had on Tuesdays. Chef Don is also well-known for his pastries, and so the cooler is always stocked with something freshly baked. If you are in the neighborhood, Shaytigg's is a must-try. You'll find it tucked into the corner among a strip of other businesses, to the left of the Downman Center gas station. Just look for the big sign on the building.
