Shamrock

Haven't been to Shamrock in close to ten years, but it's good to see all the games are still there! I arrived early for a work outing so I ordered a beer and a burger. Shaun was attentive and took good care of me. The beer was served in an icy cool pint and the burger was killer! Perfectly seasoned and topped with caramelized onions, bacon & cheese. I annihilated it! As my friends arrived we moved to the game floor and played air hockey, skii ball, basketball, arcade games, pool, hula hooping and giant jenga. Some games were out of order, but nothing that dampened the experience. (I do think it's time to invest in a new giant jenga though. The pieces varied greatly in size after 10k falls.) Billiard rental was inexpensive and there was more than enough room on a Monday night to distance from the more serious players that use Shamrock as a place to practice and hone their skills.Bathrooms were clean and stocked and the bar area smelled consistently clean throughout the evening.

Great place to go if you want your shots served in the parking lot instead of in the bar blah blah blah

Came here with a group of 6 locals who often go to this bar. The outside is pretty sketchy since its hidden in a strip mall and located above a dollar tree. Once inside, there's probably about 20 pool tables, ping pong, beer pong, and a few arcade games. We started out the night with pool and then later switched to ping pong. You do have to pay to play the games, but it's only around 5 dollars an hour and you get the ball/equipment behind the bar.The part that really matters: the drinks. The drinks here and cheap and the service is fast. That being said, this is definitely an "and" bar. Rum and coke, vodka and Sprite. Don't come here expecting any sort of cocktail.Overall, Shamrock is a small bar that's a good place to play some games with friends. If you like cheap drinks and pool, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Stumbled on this locals hangout while I was in town touristing. Cool vibes, stiff drinks, and no nonsense security. Bartender was cool and cash backed me quarters when their atm stopped working. The patrons themselves were hella friendly! Good times!!

My weekly hangout...my meeting spot...my getaway. Thank you Shamrock for always making me feel like I'm welcome! Eclectic music, switching from Korn to Swing to Mos Def...all in the same hour! Good drink specials, $2 pool tables all day on Mondays, decent mozzarella sticks- what else could you ask for?

Favorite bar in the city. Cheap drinks and food and lots of games--pool, beer pong, basketball, giant Jenga, etc.

Who doesn't like a good bar snack while playing pool. i love some good cheese sticks. This is truly a pub. You know that I don't frequent pubs, or bars, or generally any place that has a lot of smoking, and this place had me smelling like an astray! The highlights of my experience:1. No identification, no entry - no exceptions.2. Dress code is enforced to deter people that only choose to dress street comfortable.3. Many pool tables to choose from.4. Did I mention that the place is smoky?5. Of course there are video games inside.6. They actually have ping pong inside cages...kind of a smart design.7. Darts are available. 8. Shuffle board is available.9. Giant connect four is available.10. Decent bar foods.11. Karaoke is available. 12. $2 per hour pool tables on Monday.Variety gets them the extra half star rounded to 4. I may consider coming back to see if they chilled out on the smoking situation in the future. They have many deals, so ask about some that may fit your desired time and your wallet.

Great bar food. Good/strong drinks that are well priced. Good service also. Chill atmosphere..
