I live next door to Santos, and still LOVE how much fun the guests have while at Santos... the Club goes BUMP BUMP BUMP BUMP a few nights a week till 3 or 4 am... but it's all great energy.80's night on Thursday's might keep me up pretty late, but the constant barrage of songs from Soft Cell, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, Madonna, and all of the best of the 80's is worth it.Upstairs Balcony is a lot of fun, and always good to get some fresh air if upstairs gets a bit warm...

Really nice dive bar atmosphere and intimate venue for a concert. Came here to watch a local band and it was great! Drinks are not overpriced like some of the bars in the quarter. It was a short walk to Frenchman and Bourbon street as well so it's definitely a great spot to stop in while bar hopping. Also, not sure if this was just a one time thing but they gave us free coozies with our drinks which was fun! I will be back!

Super dark dive bar. Rock or metal playing, cheaper beers and drinks for the area, extremely unsatisfied unfriendly bartender...what else you look for in a dive bar. It is what it is.

They'll over charge when they think you're drunk after being a repeat customer Watch out for the Confidence scamThe bar tender asked the score of the game when he gave the bill so no telling how many times he pulled this scam when people are drinking heavy.

Santos is the newest incarnation at this spot at 1135 Decatur. It seems there have been A LOT of different bars here over the years, but since this bar is owned and operated by the same people who run The Saint on St. Mary, hopefully it will stick.We were here semi-early on a Saturday night and it was pretty quiet. I do like the vibe here- it's a little spooky and cool and there's a nice dance floor where I assume they will have music. They have some good local beers on tap, which is always a plus for me and the bartender was friendly. The bar seems a lot nicer than when other businesses were here- I'm not sure if they have done a full on renovation, but I like what they've done with the place. I'm excited to see what type of events they host here in the future.

Dive bar Mecca . Cool bartenders no hassle just laid back outcast bar. Most of the nights a show without bouncers flexing. Always a fun time and one of the few clubs you can open a tab a never worry about overcharging.

Fun, chill spot a little off the beaten from Frenchman's Street. But worth a visit if you are looking for a place to host a small or large group of friends.Live DJ, large dance floor and drinks = a good time. Did not see a hand held menu avail when I visited...leaving me squinting in dim lighting to read their chalk board of drink specials. DJ was spinning hip hop throw backs which got the crowd dancing...whether they knew how or not, lol.((Plus side)) = DO take credit cards with min $10 purchase.

Excellent live music venue! Good drinks slightly slow service when's it's packed as expected.
