This was my second time here. I got a heater hose replaced and my car has been running good ever since. Service was efficient. Only took a few hours. I was happy with the services once again.

My car broke down as we were headed back to Chicago and Santos did an extremely great job and very honest. Thank you.

After 3 other mechanics "fixed" my 1992 van, after being towed 5+ times cause their fix didn't stick, I towed my van to Santos and that was the best decision I ever made. They are professional. Tracy in the front was always patient with me and sooo helpful. I will always bring my car here. They are AAA approved so you get a small discount if you are a member. My van now runs like a dream.

Would give zero stars if I could. Rude and unprofessional with a very "take it or leave it" disposition. You are not a priority and they made it clear. They are always backed up because someone is always on "vacation". Ridiculous! Steer clear!

I actually did not get my vehicle services at Santos Automotive, I called to schedule an appointment but the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was left on hold for several minutes with no warning after she answered the phone and after giving her my vehicle information she informed me that I would have to leave my vehicle there for several days just to be inspected. After my initial shock at the time the lady then told me "Yes it's several days we are backed up, bye" and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I can't speak for the quality of the technicians, but the customer service appears to be awful and they just lost a potential customer.

Santos has always been helpful and reliable for all of my cars. I wouldn't use anyone else in the city .

Santos is the place I've always taken my car. Not only do they get the job done but they're honest about it as well. When my car was saying I needed something outrages they solved it by saying it only needed oil. They know these cars and how they can be a hassle.

Good service timely manner. Professional answers questions. Only place I would call from now on.

They fixed my problem at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed when they offered to have a mechanic ride with me to listen to the noise the car was making before they started working on it.

My drive belt snapped and luckily I was able to limp my Mercedes E320 into Santos Automotive...Erwin immediately took care of me with ease. Talk about SERVICE! I forgot to leave my key so Erwin called and picked me up on my way get lunch and drove me the rest of the way. My car was done in less than the expected 2 hours and I was back to work in the afternoon! Awesome! Don't miss the opportunity to meet and work with these guys!
