Early dinner on a Saturday. Seated immediately in an already half full restaurant and given a booth as requested. Husband ordered sake from the happy hour menu, and my iced tea was delivered promptly.Opted for the Black Pepper Tuna app. Server thankfully pointed out our first choice, the Blackened Tuna, was deep fried, which is not what we wanted. Tuna was delish with a definite kick. I even ate the veggie spirals.The Star Roll and Veterans Roll were both delivered in reasonable time. Unfortunately, the Veterans Roll had to be remade since the wasabi sauce was not put on the side as requested, but it was returned in quick order. Both were plentiful and fresh.Husband then decided he was still hungry and ordered the chicken teriyaki meal; he asked for 2 salads instead of salad and soup, and asked if they would pack the salads to go, which they obligingly did. Teriyaki was served quickly and very hot. Fried rice was traditional with peas, carrots and egg. Both very tasty and provided leftovers for another meal.Check out was super quick and server was top notch, considering she had a LOT of tables. :) Will return for sure.

I have always loved Sake for their deals, quickness, and quality for the price so I was incredibly happy with the food, prices, and service when I went last week for the Elmwood location's happy hour. I haven't been to this location in quite some time, but it's just as great as the other locations! I did recognize that their happy hour is a little more than Clearview location and that their portions were a tad bit smaller, but they did have more happy hour options and the quality was still there. I seriously can't complain about their sushi because the price is still just as good! I tried the shrimp wonton wrap which is an appetizer unique to this location and it had to be the best sake appetizer I've had! The sushi was ordered was fresh and so tasty! I will definitely be back to this location soon!

They have the most freshest delicious sushi ever!! I've tried so many sushi places and restaurants but this one it's so different from all the others! I always get Dinner Bento Box, it's good deal and they give you a lot of stuff! You can choose two protein options, and I always get the Beef Teriyaki and Salmon! They come with miso soup, salad, California roll, gyoza, vegetables, fruit, and fried rice! All of that it's only around $20 bucks. Delicious! And Jazz Roll is my favorite! They're so big and juicy, super filling and delicious and it's about $15 bucks. Usually the dinner bento box will fill me up so I don't need to order jazz roll anymore but I got it because I love it so much!! Sashimi is so fresh too, one time I got sashimi for my bento box and jeez it was the best! The workers are very friendly and the environment is pretty nice! By the way they don't have sweet tea, only unsweet tea so you'll have to add your own sugar. But I recommend this place for sure and will go back again!

You can't beat their two roll lunch special. And the edamame appetizer is only $4.50! Our family dined for lunch on $80 including tip but that came with 4 individual rolls, a lunch roll combo, the kids bento box, edamame appetizer, and the undon chicken noodle lunch portion. The noodles could have been a bit more seasoned and flavorful but for my toddlers it was perfect. And big enough to feed three kids with left overs. The sushi rolls are consistently good here but don't expect 5 star plating or presentation. Food comes out quick and bonus points for having a changing table in the women's bathroom. I appreciate the family atmosphere and the quick attentive service. Never letting my water get past half. The miso soup was also nice. Plenty of flavor, tofu, seaweed, and lots of green onions to open up the meal. I'll be back for a lunch special when I'm craving some affordable sushi. No pics this time. Our hands were busy with the toddlers.

Let me start by saying that none of the Sakes are affiliated with the Sake on Magazine St- which is very clear!!! Just go to Magazine St! The ambiance, menu and food portions are 10x better!! The apps here were barely mediocre! Ordered the stuffed shrimp, crawfish dip, and the baked salmon app. The visual presentation wasn't desirable and the taste was ok. The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because my Elmwood roll had a great presentation. The taste was okay! Never again!

This place is wonderful. Great quality fish in the middle of elmwood mall. They have a good happy hour during the week with discount drinks and food. The real treat though is their bottomless mimosas for $8 on Sundays! You'll have good service in a cozy space and make sure to try the salmon nigiri.
