Open until 10ish or so. Closing time is not hard and fast. It's brightly lit. Rows and rows of wine and every kind of liquor you could ever want. They even have suitcases and travel items as well as souvenirs. Don't think it's real copper on the ceiling tiles, but looks cool enough.

Short Review: This store was located directly across the street from my hotel. The first thing I noticed was how neat and orderly the store was. As we walked in, I did not see anyone behind the counter but the employee/owner was actually busy stocking shelves and was crouched down. I stood there at the counter for a bit, and then he appeared. My buddy and I came for some drinks and snacks for our flight home. The prices were labeled, which made the shopping experience even easier. I would recommend this store for small items.

I was across the street picking up lunch and I decided to stop in. This is a tourist trap..in the best light possible. There is a pretty sparse selection, but it will work in a pinch. I walked in without a decipherable greeting, but who cares, I guess.Prices were as expected...with a 30% markup for my cognac, over my home liquor store. Price markings were small and a bit hard to decipher since most spirits are behind the register--so bring your glasses. The service was meh. I was originally given a short paper bag, which I surely would have dropped on the street. I asked for a plastic bag with handles, which he gave me without issue. I'm surprised he didn't struggle to hear over his loud radio squawking from behind the register.

The most price gouging store in New Orleans. Walk further to save $20. $25 for Juul pods. $13 for a $5 can of seltzer. Crazy!

Bought two shirts there for my husband and myself. Same day went to our hotel room and tried them on. They were tight on us so my husband went back and tried to exchange them for the next larger sizes. Employee refused tio exchange even though the tags were still on, he had the receipt and the only time that they were worn was when we tried them on. Employee was rude.

Place is a rip off but there aren't really many options to buy alcohol. Of course they don't put prices on the beer. $42 for a 24 pack of Modelo. More than twice the price from a grocery store. Store was clean at least.

I am actually kind of miffed that a lot of businesses that are on Yelp, no matter where you are, don't have their hours for each day of the week. That doesn't make sense to me. If I am on a time constraint, then what. Maybe I wanna get there at the crack of dawn, when it might open. Have not been to Saint Charles market yet, I want to see what time it opens tomorrow on 19 July, 2022. I do not know when it opens. And I have to catch a train out of here. This is only my second time in New Orleans. What are you gonna do? This is why I can only give it a middle of the ratings rating.

The rudest, most over priced store I've ever been to. Of course it's positioned between the Ritz, and the Intercontinental and it shows.
