Safari Car Wash

I've used this particular Safari a few times and have never really been completely satisfied with them. However, yesterday was particularly egregious. I paid $45 for top exterior and interior wash packages. I tipped $10 before the wash so a total of $55 and change.They did a horrid job. I and one of the employees ended up completely wiping down the car again. I personally cleaned three tires, the front grill, bumpers, molding and fenders. I should have taken pics. I called for management and they just told the guy to continue to help me get the car clean. They didn't offer a discount or refund, which is just crappy business. I will NEVER use this service again. I can have someone come to my house and clean my car for $40. Lastly, I noticed all the Spanish speaking employees were suspiciously absent. This is not racist, just an observation. All the car washing employees were degenerate looking white guys and one black guy. This let me know that these were not the usual men and that the possibility of ICE raids kept the others away.

Friendly team that works really quickly. Note you may not see the speed when the people in front of you have e totally trashed cars! (Come on people- have some respect of yourself and their team). Car was nice and clean. The interior dash and door for $10.95 extra was worth it!

They provide great service for car washing and detail services. Easy and convenient location with a variety of options of cleaning services and various price points.

For the price and level of service this is the best option in the area. They offer a military discount and generally have always done a good job on my vehicle. Overall you get a good value here for what they offer.

They do a decent job but they are way too expensive. Have to pay an additional $20 to clean the inside!. Absurd!!!

Beware!! They will destroy your car.I've gone here for years and always loved it. So when my boss needed her car detailed I recommended it and I was so embarrassed by the level of service.She picked me up afterwards. She had paid $200 and the car was still covered in bird poop and dirty on the outside. On the inside everything was dripping, soaking wet. Our clothes were soaking wet from sitting in the car for the drive and we had to go home and change and get everything dry cleaned.Everything was thrown around the car like someone had rifled through it. And there were cards advertising other businesses placed inside.The car still smells pungent and awful. It smells like strong, terrible cleaning products and it's been weeks. We worry it's toxic.We contacted management multiple times and they gave us the run around. They were snooty, dismissive and rude. They said they would call back and did not. They said they contacted the owner. I suspect they are lying and the owner does not know. They refused to refund or fix the issues.

Went to this location for the first time today, sister takes her vehicle there often and never complained. However, I will not be bringing my vehicle back. I paid for the Safari Plus, with the following extras; Interior Dash and Door & Leather Conditioner.I arrived home after the wash and started to inspect the vehicle after noticing the windows weren't cleaned, inside or out, I had to do it when I got home. Although the dash looked clean, it wasn't , floor mat wasn't snapped back in after they removed it to clean and the back one still had debris in the mat. On top of all that, brand new tint now has a gouge in it. The damage is in the driver window, which I thoroughly inspected after installation of the tint and 2 weeks after when it was fully cured. Being it's in my drivers window, it's something I would notice had it happened before the wash. I now regret paying almost $80 for this wash & tip.

I come to this car wash often because I love their service. The value for the job done is what stands out the most.

The coasters, dashboard, and front right side were left unclean. We paid an extra price for the interior. Now after spending roughly 50.00, I'm now going home to finish the job! I usually wash my own car. That's what I get for treating myself.

I just had to wash my entire truck myself if the owner sees this he can check out the cameras at around 1:00 PM on Friday today and then when I mentioned something to the manager, he told me to get in my truck and get out of there I then approached another manager and he said no this is not correct and then both managers started punching each other in the face aggressively until they hit the ground rolling on the ground beating each other up and quitting And then my truck was sitting there not finished and no one was tending to it. The other managers started doing all the other cars that were coming out to not get a back load This place has no authority no management nothing even the credit card machine. It will take you 20 minutes to check out because they said the Cox cable is bad. A Cox cable representative asked for the owners number as he said he could help them and they said there is no owner to speak to the manager.There is no way to contact the owner is a joke and a moron and never shows up and has had three new owners in the last few years and this was the words of the managerThis place is psychotic
