Hmmm when I stopped in here the owner told me that it had just opened, but there are reviews dating back to 2010. Curious. This is a nice boutique on Metarie Road and I was here right before Christmas so there were sales galore. I would call the style here "casual chic" and a lot of the tops can be easily paired with jeans or leggings. When I was here I picked up a "final sale" sweater that was really nice and I was pleased with the way the clothing fits. I've found that a lot of these brand boutiques have odd sizing, but it seemed pretty accurate here. They also have a nice selection of "last minute" items like makeup and accessories so it's a great place to start if you are shopping for a gift and have a feel of someone's personal style.

This boutique is one of my favorites. There used to be one uptown but now the only location is this one on Metairie Rd. This store is on my secret Metairie shopping spots list. The clothing fits the name, it's pretty edgy, and the brands are fun. I got a great Mark Jacobs wristlet here. Again, the jeans selection was good- the sign of a good boutique...last time I was there, I was loving their selection of Hudson jeans. I'm bummed that the uptown location is gone, but am glad that it's on Metairie Rd. This store has also been featured in Lucky Magazine, so it's definitely doing something right.

This boutique USED to be one of the best in town when Jenny was the owner. She sold it to another person, and now, it's not the same anymore. I visited SNAP for the first time since the new ownership last week. As soon as I walked in, I saw a group of women and young girls and I assumed they were shoppers. As I browsed the racks more, I realized this group is somehow related or acquainted to the owner. And NO ONE, not even the owner herself greeted me. I strolled to the back of the store where there were sales racks and picked out some items to try on. I must have been in there for a good five minutes until a young lady offered to start me a fitting room. Once again, no greetings or acknowledgement. However, I did purchase two items, and the transaction took a long time because the young lady who rung my sales didn't know what she was doing. The owner handed me my items, and I had to ask for my receipt. I was already annoyed at this point. She asked did I sign a receipt and I said yes, but I wanted my copy. Finally, I was handed a credit card receipt with no itemized receipt attached to it. The customer service was VERY POOR. I'd give her an "F" because I work in the retail industry. As a common courtesy, every customer must be greeted as soon as he or she walks in the door. Another thing, a customer should NEVER have to ask for her receipt! I used to shop here a lot because of the great sales and Jenny (the original owner) had impeccable tastes and the labels and designs she chose to sell in this shop were excellent. I seriously do not want to come back, but if it were not for the great sales on designer items, I would have walked out the door in less than a minute. This new owner is very lucky I bought something.

I definitely love this store! They sell some beautiful name brand clothing of good quality, however the "store owner" is a complete snob and acts like she has a stick shoved rite up her a**. Anyways she barely even addresses clients, after all that is why she hired some other girl to do it for her... I would recommend her to take a Morals class again :)
