This place could really use a course in communication. You let people pull into the service area and lock their cars so they block all other cars in line and then Honda employees have to run around and get the keys. WHY NOT JUST PUT UP A SIGN SAYING LEAVE KEYS IN THE CAR???This place also says the shuttle will take someone home and back, then won't. The place will pay for a Lyft, but they don't tell customers this up front which causes undue worry and stress about calling a cab.If you're going to keep someone's car overnight, CALL THE CUSTOMER and keep them updated. My mom and I went there, they had to keep her car overnight, and the person/rep in charge was out all day at his kid's school ceremony! You need better communication to your customers, you need to have better continuity with service reps/people, and if someone is going to be out all day, you give that customer to another service rep. Will never use this place again. UGH.

Complete selection of Hondas with a low- pressure collegial sales team. They are reluctant to deal even when we had our organized research on pricing. We shopped here and bought elsewhere.

Twice in the past few months my daughter's car has needed emergency service, and twice Royal Honda came through for us.After hitting one of our famous New Orleans potholes and slicing a tire, she was in desperate need of a quick replacement. Enter Don.I called the service department and Don, the service manager, took my call. He let me know that if I could get the car to them right away, he could get it done by the end of the day. Done and done.Second visit was the same. I'm so happy with the level of service we've received! If you've ever had a teenager with car trouble, you know what I was going through on that end. Don took the sting out of the situation each time.

Probably the worst service I've ever had in my life. The new renovations make it next to impossible to decipher where a door is, let alone a person that can help. I used to drive all the way to BR at Team Honda to get my car serviced, and I decided to try something local. Big mistake. The staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact, after I paid for a service that was supposed to be covered by my warranty (I'll handle that soon), the service guy couldn't find my car...literally. He asked me TWICE what kind of car I had, and even after handing him my paperwork, he was confused. Needless to say, my mouth was on the floor the entire time with how little they cared about the customers. I will never return.

Brought vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation was not completed. (I had marked my tires and had pics of tire position prior to bringing in for service). When I brought to service advisors attention, Service advisor and Tech. said that it was completed. When I showed both of them the marks I had made and pictures, they both still stay committed to saying it was completed. Spoke with service manager, he didn't even need to see the pics when I told him I marked the tires. He told them to take the car and rotate the tires. Needless to say I cancelled my service contract and will never be back.

Don't ever buy a car from Royal Honda. Royal Honda is by far the absolute worst automobile dealership I have ever dealt with. The Honda I paid cash for is unreliable and the service department is terrible. This business seems to exist to sell subpar cars so they can suck their customers dry with huge repair bills. I have had the car for 4 months and it already has transmission problems. Of course according to Royal Honda it is a problem that can only be covered by the warranty after I spend almost $1000 so they can "properly diagnose" it. So do yourself a favor and buy from someone else some other kind of car. I never had this many problems with any other kind of car even cars I drove for 20 years.

Complete rip off. Customer for over 10 years. Lease coming to an end. My salesman offered 29.500 for a TRADE. All the data said that was a complete rip off. So I asked the dealer, without telling them I was a 10 year customer, and they said 32800. So 3300 the salesman was going to low ball me. How disgusting. So I went to another dealer who gave me $35,000. So $35000 CASH From a dealer who doesn't know me from Adam, instead of 29,500 TRADE from a dealer that I've given 10 years of business. Royal Honda is a royal cheat. Do not be fooled by fake google reviews.

Staff can't access Honda warranty information. On Friday, May 30th my wife brings her Honda to this location because she had trouble starting her car. They check battery and tell her battery needs replacement. She tells them she purchased battery from Honda of Harvey and it may be still under warranty. They tell her they can not access this information. They tell her to go back to Harvey Honda to get warranty honored. On Monday, June 3rd Harvey Honda tells her1. Warranty for battery expired on June 1; and2. Royal Honda should have been able to access this information because warranty issued by Honda. After a delay of 24 hours Harvey Honda agreed to honor warranty since we had gone to Royal Honda on May 30th.Thanks for nothing Royal Honda.
