Excellent service. Lloyd and Melissa take very good care of everyone.We use them for airport transportation and event transportation to our Mardi Gras ball. They also provide sightseeing tours too.This trip our drivers have been Daniel and Jerry - both great and timely.It is very convenient to be picked up in baggage claim and whisked off to your transportation. Fastest way to your hotel.The cars are all very clean too.

I'm from Houston and came to Nola for my bachelorette. I highly recommend Riverbend. I originally booked with another website bc they had instant quotes and booking online, but I would wait for Riverbend to provide you a quote. It's not instant but it took about an hour. I canceled with the other company bc Riverbend was way more reasonable in pricing. Also, when you call you will always reach an actual person and not an answering service. It felt like a family owned business and I really liked the professionalism and kindness of the drivers. I booked 2 of their Mercedes sprinters for 13 people. Highly recommend them and glad I went with them!

We used Riverbend this year for a bachelorette party. Our drive John was awesome! He was on time at the airport and was so nice and friendly. He helped us with our luggage and got us to our hotel safely. Our party couldn't be more grateful especially with an all girl group. Thank you Riverbend and John for your hospitality!

Sooooo it's Essence weekend and I waited until the last minute to book my shuttle. Who knew shuttles could sell out. Anyway it has been a long couple of months so I decided to treat myself to a private car! I am so glad I did! This was such a professional company-from start to finish! I called on my day of arrival and they were able to give me a flat fee quote and set me up with a car. My flight was even delayed and I called them back and they told me no worries they were monitoring flight times. As soon as i arrived at the New Orleans airport, and came down to baggage claim I saw my driver Bobby! He greeted me and showed me to our car and we headed off to down town. We had great conversation! The vehicle was super clean and very nice and new. If you are in the NOLA I recommend Riverbend to get around!

We used river bend to pick us up from the New Orleans airport. I had excellent service from the start. Lloyd, one of the owners, got back to me within a day with a quote. I called him and he was so kind to talk me through things. The stretch limo that picked us up was beautiful. Better than I expected. It was clean and smelled clean, which is a big deal to me. Our driver, Bob, was amazing. He went above and beyond. His demeanor was one of pleasantry and courtesy. He enjoyed his job. He was patient at the airport with us even though getting our bags was taking a long time. He loaded all of our bags for us and did it with a smile. He took us on such a cool tour of the city which his father was involved in building much of. He was so knowledgeable. If you're staying near the French quarter, I would recommend using their service. It costs less than renting a car and their company is great.

Professional, on time (early both ways), and very forms drivers (Eddie/John). Airport transfers from the airport to downtown. Will definitely use again.

We hired these guys because when I booked the swamp and mansion but they were outside of N.O.and I didn't want to drive and break down, my luck I'd end up as gator bait. We had a fantastic time, the swamp tour was great but we skipped the mansion as it was stupidly hot and they wouldn't let us take a tour untill our time. I could understand if they were fully booked but I saw 2 tours go out with 6 people. Our driver was fantastic, gave us all sorts of ideas where to go etc. Always friendly love it one of my best purchases.
