Ridgeway Banquet Facility

I recently attended a baby shower at ridgeway banquet facility, and everything was absolutely immaculate! The setup was beautifully done, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere that made the event feel extra special. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.The food was delightful overall, though I wasn't a big fan of the shrimp and grits--it had a bit too much Worcestershire sauce for my taste. However, that was a minor note in an otherwise fantastic experience.Overall, my experience was one of the best I've had. I would definitely recommend this place for hosting memorable events!

Really nice well kept banquet facility. Great new entry doors and the food and drinks were really good also. The servers were friendly and professional. Looks like the owners are really trying to spruce up the facility.

Clean excellent food staff professional except for the manager. The manager has a attitude no customer service skills . I was talking with one of the staff ladies about getting a take out box so I could bring some food home too the brides elderly Aunt. The manager heard our conversation and said no boxes we don't give out boxes cause everyone in here will want a box to go . So I said who are you she said I'm the manager. That's no way to talk too a guest at all .

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I attended a wedding at this venue this past weekend, and the manager Kim was rude from the rehearsal through the end of the reception! We had small requests (for example, keeping the air on low) and the room never got cool from the moment we walked in until we left. The pass around food did not make it to every table, and some of the times that were ordered were not passed at all! The was a lady working from Pontchatoula- I did not get her name, but she was very helpful! They rushed us out of the venue to prepare for another event that night-again Kim "the event manager" was rude in trying to get us out. The floor was not clean at all! My sister-in-law (who was one of the brides) was eating in the buffet area, and yet again the manager was rude and told her that her food was packed up already- making my sister-in-law feel as if she was not allowed to eat at her own wedding.
