Regus Louisiana St Charles and Poydras

We are here longer than anticipated because of the customer service. We have been at 201 Saint Charles Ave. for 7 months and have been treated fantastic! Pricing was exactly what was in the contract and was reasonable and was considerably less (overall) than other options. Denice the Community Manager is the 5 Stars. She is always happy to help, always greets us and id very much on top of her job. If you are looking for an office, a temporary office or just a place for the day, come and see Denice and she will make sure you are taken care of. 201 Saint Charles is where you want to be!!!!

Although Robyn (font office staff at the new orleans location) is super friendly and welcoming, avoid Regus offices at all costs. Here is my review:Start by looking up their corporate reviews on BBB.org. 1/5 stars with everyone saying the same thing: this company will fleece you for every dime you're worth.Do not do business with Regus unless you are prepared for a handful of hidden charges and fees. I've never experienced such duplicitous and opaque business practices. Specifically, do NOT trust the price quote they give you -- it will be much more in the end! Also, they will keep your refundable deposit unless you explicitly request it back. The whole experience with Regus is horrible.
