This was our first dinner in New Orleans, and it did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly accommodating, even when our guest count unexpectedly went from 10 to 13. They still honored our reservation time, which we truly appreciated. The food was fantastic! I started with the fried green tomatoes with shrimp--absolutely delicious. My sangria was refreshing and tasted perfectly homemade. Everyone in our group raved about their meals. Two guests had the shrimp po' boy and loved it. I ordered the oysters, and they were fresh and flavorful. The mac and cheese looked amazing, but the smoky flavor (possibly from liquid smoke or smoked gouda) wasn't for me.One of our guests highly recommended the seafood platter, so that's definitely worth trying. We were so caught up in great conversation that I completely forgot to take pictures, but trust me this spot is worth visiting! Highly recommend!

Our last visit here was poor, but it was a rainy day and close by so we gave it another shot. MUCH improved. My husband, the picky eater, really enjoyed the Biscuits and Gravy. It has alligator chorizo sausage and a little kick but he ate it all. It comes with scrambled eggs with bell peppers. The Alligator Gumbo was very good. Perfect for a rainy day. I did the brunch combo with the Gumbo and an Oyster BLT Poboy. The oysters were much improved over last time and not heavily breaded. A nice amount of oysters too.We split a Double Chocolate Bread Pudding with ice cream on the side. Don't do the ice cream on the top - too sweet and melts way too fast. It comes with both melted white chocolate and dark chocolate in little pitchers. Pour them on top yourself. Mmmmmmm. No picture as we dug in fast.A solid choice if you are in the area.

In the heart of the Quarter with an interior that matches. Sat at the bar with a co-worker for dinner. Bartender was on point and provides good service.Enjoyed two different types of oysters which were both good. Preferred the raw oysters over the bbq.Shrimp and grits was just.....ok. Not my style but that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't like it. Shrimps in the dish were plain. Co-worker liked his fried fish platter. Good, heavy breading and a deep fry on the fish.Would return but not my first choice.

We enjoyed our dinner here so much we visited twice while in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl. We made a reservation and were promptly seated when we arrived. Our server, Caleb, was excellent making wonderful suggestions. We started with fresh gulf oysters on half shell. Some of the best we had in New Orleans. Cocktail was Cherry Limeade with rum. My entree was their Signature Dish of red fish grilled over oak wood; with sautéed diced tasso ham, roasted mushrooms, crispy Pontalba potatoes, and a lemon butter sauce, topped with Louisiana lump crabmeat. The oak wood grilled flavor brought the redfish to a high level. I savored every bite. For dessert I had bourbon pecan pie with a side of soft serve. I highly recommend

We enjoyed our anniversary dinner here and they did not disappoint! We made a reservation but we didn't really need it for a Monday evening around 6pm. The dining room was slightly upscale for Bourbon Street but still casual. Our server, Jordan was very attentive, and helpful with suggestions. Heck, I dropped my napkin and before I could retrieve it he fetched me another one. He offered us a couple glasses of champagne on the house in celebration of our anniversary, and a tuna tartar appetizer. We started dinner with the Warm Blue Crab Dip appetizer, and we both had their signature Grilled Redfish topped with crabmeat. We also shared a side of their La Blue Crab Mini Penne Mac and Cheese. Overall, a wonderful experience and a memorable anniversary dinner. We will have to visit again sometime!

This is one of my favorite places to eat whenever I'm in New Orleans. The service is amazing. You're able to make preservation online for larger parties. The ambience was very lively. There was games playing on the television during sporting weekends. However, if you wanted a quieter setting, you could sit on the other side of the restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing.

We walked in for lunch and greeted promptly. The waitress gave us menus and took drink order. We asked a few questions and decided on the red fish with crawfish topping. It was a nice open room with nice decor. Volume level was low enough that you can have a decent conversation. The bar even had Pappy Van Winkle ($55 a shot). We got our food and it was so tasty I forgot to even grab a picture! The red fish was on a bed of potato, onion, mushroom hash with a creamy sauce.

Service was great. Took our server Frank's recommendations on everything and he helped us pick some great food. Was a bit nervous walking in as the restaurant was not too busy but that turned out great.
