Tried visiting this canes on September 26 at about 10:40 AM. I don't frequent this area very often, but I have a customer that is nearby. When I visit my customer I usually stop in and get lunch at this location. I drive a commercial roll-off truck that is too big to park in the Cane's lot, so I park across the street in an empty lot and walk across. My job isn't the cleanest so I keep heavy hand cleaner in my truck to wash my hands. I put a dap of hand cleaner in one of my hands and usually walk into whatever restaurant I'm at and go straight to the restroom to wash my hands before eating. Their restroom is locked with a keypad so I asked the cashier, how do I get in the restroom? Then I was greeted by Mr. Tim. I did not know he was the manager at this time, but he told me that I have to make a purchase before I can use the restroom, I open my hand and showed him the hand cleaner all over my hand. I told him I needed to wash my hands first. He told me that it doesn't work that way. I said well if I can't wash my hands first, I'm not gonna dine here & you're gonna lose a customer. He said that was fine. I walked all the way back across the street aggravated and then decided that I should go back and ask for a manager to give the manager the opportunity to fix this employees problem. I did and learn that "Tim" was the manager on duty at this time. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to lose a customer over not letting them wash their hands and he said a policy is a policy. I said well that's fine I'm sure Cane's appreciates you sticking to the policy and walked out. There is a reason they only have 2.5 stars. I will add the cashier @ the time was really sweet. When I walked in the door she greeted me with a "Welcome to Cane's" and a smile.

Totally Disappointed!! Don't waste your time or money. Today we waited 15 minutes to receive our order and no explanation was provided for the long wait time. Only for us to be served COLD food. The chicken fingers are about 1/2 the size they once were and the fries tasted day old. Needless to say we threw most of food out. Raising Cane's you've lost a loyal customer due to reckless customer service and lack of communication.

Who can complain about Raising Cane's?! The franchise has consistently good service that you will find at this location as well. Lines are typically long outside as usual, but they are quick and are consistent. Chicken and other food tastes like Canes is supposed to taste. Across the street from an abandoned Winn Dixie building so it is a little sketchy in the area.

I am not big on fast-food but Canes is quick and always tasty. We tend to pick Canes when we are in a hurry. My youngest loves the toast and always asks for extra. The chicken fingers are scrumptious and seem to hit the spot everytime. They are not spicy which is good when you have little ones and the sauce is very flavorful. Today we were out holiday shopping and nextdoor to KFC but it was quickly out voted on and to Canes we went.

OK sooooooooooooooooo I'm not a chicken eater; as a result this review will be about the service on the 1st day of opening:Signs provided a countdown to the opening, I found this to be a plus, no need to stalk the building, you know. AnyWHO, on opening day, in the drive thru, I found the cashiers to be efficient, friendly (speaking to my 11month old niece), timely & swift in their transactions. I placed two separate food orders, one for my granny & my sister. Pricing was fair, you can get a whole meal & drink for less than $7; one of those 3 chicken fingers deals; that's cool, I've become so accustomed to $10+ for fast food meals until I was pleasantly surprised at this event. The lemonade is very tasty & since I only got a sip of my sister's, I vowed to return for my own. As stated, the drive thru line moved rather swiftly considering this was the 1st day; I was impressed. Only thing I would've liked to see was the store set a little more off the street because the drive thru line hung out into the street making passing as I exited a very difficult feat. Glad it's here in the area; adds to the community in many ways.

No idea why the dining room closes at 5PM everyday but if the franchise is only going to be a drive-thru location then they have to figure out a way to process their drive-thru line faster. Their productivity and turn around times are abysmal. Chick Fil A has the drive thru process down to a science. The queue here is soooooo slow. Will never wait 30 mins in line for cold fries again.

Though the food is always good and hot, today I would like to give a review on its employees. Cane's employees are one of the best in the business for fast food. They are always professional, kind, courteous, and exemplify patience at all times. I've been patronizing Cane's for many years and I must say, I have never run across any of its employees seeming to have a bad day where they take their frustrations out on customers. They have always been nice and friendly. Thanks, Cane's employees for your extortionary work performance.

Really bad service. I've placed 2 curbside orders so far that I had to go in and get because no one ever brought it out. And of course the food was cold when I did go inside to get it because my food had been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. The staff is just also not very polite.
