Definitely a better choice for extremely clean place to stop while traveling for banos and gas .Went to the Highway 11 Shell across the highway which was not clean and smelled horrible so took a detour for this quick stop.

There are four RaceTrac stores around Slidell and they are all first-rate. This is the location that I frequent the least because it is farthest out of the way for me. However, they sell E0 gas so I will gas up here if I am on that side of town. Lots of highway travelers stop in here - if you are eastbound on I-12 this is the last gas stop before you get into Mississippi. They don't have peak busy times. They are just steadily busy all the time. Never much of a wait to get a pump and the checkout line inside moves quickly.The gas pumps are clean and in good working order. The pump touch screens, electronics, and pay-by-phone devices work most of the time without problems. The nicest thing about RaceTrac is the coffee! They have machines that grind on demand and so the coffee is always fresh. There are several different flavors/varieties and all are pretty good (even the decaf is decent). The store is clean and well kept. The bathrooms are better than average as convenience store restrooms go. If you go to RaceTrac regularly, download their app and sign up for the Rewards program. I have earned a ton of free swag (coffee) over the years.

We stopped in Slidell LA for fuel for our truck AND us. Found this gem. When we walked in - after 11pm- were greeted with a smile and " good evening". Restrooms were pristine Place was super neat and clean - the man ran the dust mop around just after we left. Shelves were stocked and dust free. Refrigerated items were cold and orderly. The man helped us with the air machine and talked a bit. Nice. Coffee is fresh ground PER CUP as you make it fresh. Cream and sugar offerings are neatly displayed on a table nearby. We have found our new go to service station. There is all kinds of food - donuts, lots of snacks and munchies. Some hot and freshly made. Some wrapped for easy sell. OH the Racetrack also had the cheapest diesel price in the area. IMPRESSIVEWe will be back as we travel this area with an event series we follow

Dang, this is a really nice Race Trac. The company is really upping its game. This store has more than one really needs, including a deli, even, right in the middle of the store. It has all the other items expected in a gas station convenience store, and it does it really well. And yes, gas prices are pretty good, too. Can it even get better than this? I doubt it.

Like this place. This is the most fancy Race Trac I have been to. I like the store front, I like the bathroom, I like the selection of coffee, I like the choice of ice cream. This is brand new Race Trac. So visit them while they are nice and new. I have seen a hot dog place so fancy. It has tamales dog, burrito dog, corn dog, breakfast dog, Moteray Jack Chicken dog - what chicken in the dog!!!, buffalo chicken dog, beef and bean taquito, and more. Countless hot dog type. Not only the hot dog section, it has different type of coffee. And the self help stand, it has different type of cream. Plenty of choices and combinations can be made for coffee drinker.There are ice cream soft serve with many flavor. Topping was on the side to be added at your will.

These new Racetrac's are the perfect places to stop for clean trust worthy non scary for kids and family gas station get snacks pit stops etc. It's the only place to stop off I-12 at Exit 83, and other food is back on other side of highway if needed. It has awesome frozen yogurt a healthier snack than anything at Bucee's my other favorite gas station for cleanliness but on the quality. My kids make me stop there for bathroom and frozen yogurt.

Best restroom ever!!! Clean and stocked--marking this one so we stop here each time we come this way. Gas station and the store itself are also clean, well-lit, easy to maneuver.

Stopped here on drive from San Antonio, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia around 2:00am. The place was spotless! The restrooms were super clean. Even though the place looked like it couldn't possibly get any cleaner, staff was actively cleaning. The service was friendly. Highly recommend you stop here for gas fill up or restroom break!

they did not bring me toilet paper and me and my people were stuck in the bathroom for 6 hours and they kept cursing me out. I do not respect that they kept me on the toilet for 6 hours and they eventually just hung up when i needed help. this exactly why people get bad reviews.l

I was very disappointed. Says it's open 24/7. Store was staffed, lights on, pumps on but doors locked. I asked the Shell staff next door what was going on, he said they have been locked up at night for over a month. Don't advertise 24/7 if you do not allow patronage inside.
