NOT open 24 hours, don't let the hours listed online fool you. Don't waste your time going there at night, the doors WILL BE locked. EVERY time. (Yes, I'm stupid and have tried going there 3 times before I learned my lesson).

It last a little over a week. Stopped by last night and was really surprised how fast to took a dive. The floors were all sticky when you walked on them. They were out of large cups, AGAIN. They did get the ice machine fixed. It broke on day two. The food in the hot rack was burnt and looked like it had been there a couple of days. It was all dried out. The line was all the way to the back of the store. The cashiers were on their phones more than waiting on customers. I watch a mother come in with their kids in tow all of them got a the large cups of ice cream and then stand in line for about 30 sec. then walk out the door. They have alot of fixing to do. I would have not expected this store to go down hill that fast. I had such high hopes for this place. Why dont people take pride in their work and not just show up for the paycheck.....

To have one physical cashier open with two ppl behind the counter at 8 am during heavy traffic is crazy. On top of that having a rude employee directing one line that leads to the fountain drink area is asking for chaos. Usually the self checkout is a fast paced option for customers using credit or debit cards. But she got a thrill out of forcing customers to stand in one line with cash payors and wait until til they get to the beginning of the line. Whoever came up with this method needs some customer service and efficiency training. This operation only made patrons upset and walk in the door thinking damn this is not convenient and it will take forever. Do better at what makes sense instead of causing chaos.

Coming to this store you better be on your Ps & Qs you will get bombarded from at least 5 to 6 to 7 different people and a crazy lady walking up to every car asking for money. Just be careful because you will get hustled. If anyone knows a phone number or an email to the district manager, someone needs to let them now.

I have been going to this RaceTrac since they opened this location. I have stopped going at night because the lines were always long and the service is very very poor at night. It's like all the employees that don't work are put at night. So I started to go every morning because they had employees that cared and gave great service. Well for the past 3 months, it looks like all the good employees left and gave us employees now that just have poor customer service and don't know how to talk to guests. I had a few occurrences that happen there. But this morning took the cake I will never do service with this Race Trac again. Frist if you are out of gas make signs to put on the pumps to let the guest know don't wait till the guest waited in a 30-minute line to state they don't have gas. Next, this is always happening they never have a chance to give back to you but always want you to give they all the money back how does this happen? So I stated that to the cashier. The other girl comes out to say I can wait for my change but it will take 30 minutes Girl Bye take the little change it wasn't about that I would have been cool if they had a better attitude but why do I want them to keep my money for? Please take a look at the employees you have hired and let some of them go. Cause they don't do any good business for your company, please watch your videos to see the lines are long. Only because most of the time we the customers are interrupting your employees in their conversation. I have tired to come back to see well maybe it will get better. But nope it hasn't so this was my last time ever coming to this place. Hope this place gets it together. Have a blessed day for I know I would.....

I stop at one of your locations every morning I am a rewards member, I stopped at the Gen De Gaulle location in New Orleans on 6/19/22 around 10pm, I was very disappointed in the service I received, I went into the store to pay for my gas and I was told by the cashier that I would not be serviced because I was holding my 5 pound puppy, I explained I bring my puppy with me everywhere she then said well you not bringing her in here and you will not serviced, I then asked were is a sign posted stating that I'm not allowed in the store carrying My dog, she said with a bad attitude that its not posted but she has the right to refuse my service because I had a dog, she then asked was my dog a service pet I said yes she then said "Well show me your paperwork" and due to the fact I have ran plenty of businesses I Know its illegal to ask someone to prove their paperwork. If that's your store policy I defiantly understand but it should be posted at the door and also the employees need to be trained better on customer service, I am a customer service trainer and I know there is a better way to speak to the customers entering your store. I have never had anyone at any of your locations be so rude. I plan to look further into this and ask for someone to contact on your store policy.Thank YouCasey Carter [email protected]
