I was in town for a week and needed to purchase some items quick. The staff was great and listened to my concerns to help me. They weren't pushy or tried to sell me on what I didn't need. Bri was great and shared some great suggestions to help me make my choice. I will come back anytime I am visiting the FQ.

Ra Shop on Toulouse street was a great surprise to find the vape i was looking for. good customer service , best selection of all smoking stuff i seen in FQ, we also purchased THC Gummies that work pretty good too.. i will go back

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Found exactly what we needed and when they didn't have it they told us where to find it.

When I was in NOLA I loved coming to the raw shop. I usually go to get disposable eonsmoke juuls which come in a variety of flavors. I also purchased a grinder and one of the silicon bowls for herb. I loved this bowl ! It so easy to clean(resin work) and travel with. It has a chamber for herb on the bottom and a compartment for a poker. The only glass part of the bowl is where you put the herb so you really don't have to worry about breaking it.

The staff was really cool and the store was really clean. I had gotten a piece there and ended up breaking it and they told me that they would mail it to me at no cost to replace it they were awesome

The owner of this store is the WORST! I spent $70+ on a vaporizer that the mini usb charger is missing and she charged me $4 when I went back for one. The products here must be second hand or something.

Very helpful employees. Reasonable prices answered all questions we had Inventory for glass could have been better. I was hoping they would sell more local made glass Clean nice shop tho

I visited the other day. I've been a few times. The woman behind the counter was super helpful and knew her stuff on the products they carried. Just brilliant. I don't find them to be too pricey either.

The selection in this shop should give every head shop in the french quarter a run for their money. Every kind of spoon pipe, every kind of bubbler, every kind of pipe in general.. Tobacco selection is great & prices are a stark contrast to what you'd find a block away on Bourbon. The people will answer any question you have. Know what you're looking for & they can meet you half way here

Horrendous customer service . Three employees standing around with no customers and they act like they are doing you a favor . No knowledge of product had to google to show Orion that he was incorrect in his recommendation . I declined to buy other products and walked out to him slamming things and blaming me for his ignorance . There are better places to spend your money on the quarter .
