Ra Shop

Came in to this location on a whim while in the area with a friend. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is street parking. Employees are so friendly. They seem to be well stocked on all of their inventory. Everything is neat, clean and well organized.

Great f ing store. Solid staff very friendly. Above and beyond service. Killer punk rock playing in background awesome experience. Go to ra shop they have everything.

I love the Ra Shop as an addition to Oak. They have tons if cool little Knick knacks, water pipes, papers, cigarettes, clothing and cool stuff for decorating your man caves and doom rooms (i.e. Black lights, posters).The usually have a ton of cute hippie chic sun dresses, which is really why I really frequent this store. But, I have looked at some of their other, um, products, and they have a wide selection and all seem competitively priced. They also have this fantasic at least as tall as me (and I'm kinda tall) hooka in the window. The sales people are cool, they will get whatever you need and are friendly about it. They also supports the WWOZ livewire every afternoon which gets a few cool points in my book. No one under 18 allowed.

This place excellent!!! I have already written a review but I just need to write another one. I love everyone that works here, there is absolutely no bias. Just a great group of folks wanting to help out

AVOID THIS PLACEI went to the Slidell store to purchase a pax3, when I got there I asked the sales girl what the difference is between the pax2 and the pax3. She said the only difference is that the pax3 has a wax cartridge and the pax2 does not. Well this was a gift for someone and I know he doesn't have wax so I went with the pax2. A friend went the next day and asked the same question about the differences. She was told that along with the wax that the pax3 has a ten year warranty and the pax2 only has a two year warranty. That warranty is huge and would have definitely been a deciding factor. So I went back to exchange the pax2 for the pax3 and was told no. The product is brand new, I have my receipt and I was given wrong information. I will never shop there again and I encourage everyone to avoid that place. Jokes on them, my credit card is disputing the charge and I was assured that it won't be paid.

These people knowing that neighborhood pets used the common alley behind their store, purposely put out rat poison that killed a dog that was the mascot of business next door to the building. When notified they still refused to remove the poison. Animal Lovers get your head shop products somewhere else.

They always have friendly service I enjoy this staff I stop in once a week to pick up my incense and all my friends do their shopping here when they buy their cigarettes..

If you want basic respect I wouldn't recommend going here. 2 stars because one of the workers was nice and helpful

SCAM REWARDS PROGRAM. The Ra Shop is very unfriendly to patrons from out of town. They have a rewards program that offers $5 off when you spend $100... That seems cool but it actually stinks. I spend a lot of money there so in order to take advantage of the rewards program I have to get rung up 3 or 4 different times to take ad vantage of the program. It's a horrible customer experience. They are over priced and it is a royal pain to collect the rewards. I'd rather have fair pricing or a quantity discount without the scam rewards program.

Never shop @ the RaShop! Worst customer service ever. I purchased a $699 volcano hybrid and when I got home I found out that it was missing pieces that renders this machine inoperable. So I returned less than 24hrs later with my receipt and the manager told me "there's nothing she can do" and now I've been been robbed of $700 by the RaShop! This place is a joke of a business
