Manager is Racist...!!!!Customer is always RIGHT !!!Bought a pipe with extra hole and he didn't want to exchange. Should have provided customer service for a 10 year customer Never again I will buy from Ra Shop

I came here for hookah tongs and ended up purchasing more items. There is quite a bit of merchandise and the ladies working were extremely helpful and patient. Just an FYI... tiny parking lot.

This is the most FIRE smoke shops I've ever been to! PUN INTENDED! They sell legitimately everything. They have PB jars used for stash cans... like WHAAAAT? Although, I feel I'd be irate had I go into my cupboard for a nice spoonful of peanut butter, only to find the wacky tobacky. They also sell drug rugs. You know, like the knit sweaters the long-haired college kids wear? Yeah those. Pretty cool.

I love the Staff and the Store! The Staff is always up beat and the store is always clean. I stop in there weather I need something or not. I always buy something! I buy a lot of the disposable tobacco pipes when I go to visit friends. They make great little gifts. Thank You ALL and Happy Thanksgiving 2020!!! Marilyn

Good location in Metairie although tough to make a quick turn when entering from westbound Vets. The young guy (blonde dyed hair on top) behind the counter was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with his ability to answer my multiple questions and recommend the same device that my close friends recommended to me. I wish their pricing was more competitive with online prices I see for the same products.

This shop is very stocked with various items from pipes, papers & hookah to apparel. I went to see if they had anything to cleanse a new home, and they did!! I didn't have to go in town, they had my sage right here in Metairie. The young lady JADE was very helpful and showed me lots of various things that I purchased. And they have a rewards program which I think is wonderful, so the next time I go, I'll have a $5 coupon!!! And I'm all about discounts and coupons!! So if you need anything from papers to shirts go visit Jade!!! And be sure to tell her the lady that was a race car driver (lol) sent you!!!!

The manager is very immature and cannot keep personal problems out of work was not allowed to come in and spend money as I have many times anymore and was threatened with having the cops called over her personal feelings with me. Kevin was SO absolutely helpful on the phone. The entire staff, is so kind. Tiffany is a sweetheart. I was looking for Kava, although they don't sell it. They were able to help me get in touch with their HR department to leave a message requesting them to carry it. 10/10, the service, what they have, the employees. Everyone here is beyond nice.

So came here to grab some papers and a rolling machine. $8.99 for the rolling machine. WTF ! So I asked how much is the cheapest pipe. $6.99 ok I said "hold on !" He rang me up. Still at the counter did not even place my hands on the bag yet mind you. I asked can I just return and get a pipe ? Yes but no cash back for the balance . WTF ! Fuckers ! Never again. Especially since I'm from out of town and just needed a quick and cheap means of smoking.
