I'm feeling the love for this petite boutique. I went in to check out the goods and immediately found the boots that I've been looking for...and on sale too, as we're heading into summer. While I like the idea of cork being a sustainable substitute for leather, the boots I bought were actually a combo of leather and cork, and are super comfortable. I will definitely return when it's time to replace my shoes, wallet and purse. Great stuff and a super helpful and friendly woman who assisted me.

All locally handcrafted apparel and accessories made from high-quality Portuguese cork. I stopped in here on vacation and bought a bracelet for my wife. Katelyn was welcoming, helpful and clearly passionate about their products. I wanted a bracelet but expressed concern that it would be too large. Katelyn immediately offered to custom size one. It took less than 2 minutes and I was off. Unfortunately, the bracelet was actually too large so I called up Katelyn and she offered to send a return shipping label and resize the bracelet it at no charge. I had the resized bracelet in hand within about a week. Exceptional customer service!!!

Love this store ! I've bought a few things ,, had a problem with the zipper on a purse I bought last year . I had a few emails with Anthony , the manager. He was always nice, informative and quick to answer. I brought it to them Friday I was told 3-4 weeks repair time and they would mail it back . Sunday I got a text it was done ! Unfortunately I was leaving New Orleans but I've gotten an email it is already shipped.In short , great store , great products, great customer service , great employees... can't wait to wear the shoes I just bought .... I will be a regular customer when I am there for sure

Adorable store and amazing customer service! Made a purchase back in March and took advantage of the free shipping to my house so I didn't have to carry. Unfortunately, the shipment ended up being sent back to them twice due to no fault of their own, but they were very attentive and helpful, and my purchases finally made it to me in great quality. Staff are also very knowledgeable on products and extremely friendly in the shop. Wish I had bought more!
