Queens Beauty Supply

I work as an accountant next door to this store. On my most recent visit, I was chased out of the store and accused of stealing foundation. I'm appalled especially considering how much money I've spent there over the 4 years I've worked in this neighborhood. In fact, I pass the owner multiple times a week on my way to the gym. No more! I can't believe the racism and poor customer service of this place. Especially in defense of cheap, probably toxic makeup. Avoid giving this business your money if you can.

I'm giving 2 stars because as I was with my mother, she paid about $60 for some products. Then I picked up 2 pair of scissors by the register and put them on the counter. The guy let me have them for free... I'm assuming because of how much my mother spent. As we walk out, this lady comes up to us *with no mask or any protection on* and asked if we paid for those scissors with an attitude. My mom told her "We don't steal baby" and walked off. This was our first and last time coming here.

Loved my time here at queens beauty supply! Everyone at the store was so nice and kind. Gaby helped us out our entire time there and really made our shopping experience so pleasant!

We were visiting from Texas and came in to this beauty supply store just to browse. Gavy helped us and was extremely nice, we will definitely come back when we visit again!
