AMAZING!! I was greeted with the salutation Queen at the door by an attendant. She opened the doors for me and took me to my personalized locker. I undressed, put on a silk robe and my experience began. I did my detox, v steam, facial and finished off with a delicious crawfish dip and chips and chicken parmesan salad. Throughout my experience I had filtered water and lemonade mimosas. The whole experience was relaxing, calming and the energy was beyond positive. In the restroom on the mirror are post-it notes with words of affirmation from previous guests. I loved my time during my services and will definitely be back.

The product size is not 8oz, it is more like 3-4oz container. I have previously purchased this product and still have the 8oz container and the size is vastly different. The website states it is available only in 8oz, but that is not is being sold. I have provide picture for your reference of what 8oz is suppose to be :

I was desperate looking for facial products for my sensitive skin with blemishes and using this I noticed my pores got smaller and my dark spots started to lighten then fade a away. The product really goes a long way.

This was an experience. Beautiful atmosphere and the service was truly amazing. The environment is refreshing and spirit soothing. The clients are spaced apart and only once did I share the waiting area with someone else. There are lockers to close your things and my only disappointment was in the changing area there was no bench or chair to sit on while getting dressed and undressed. The reception was very warm and welcoming. Very pleasant while answering the phone and waiting on customers in person. My hostess who moved me from room to room was very sweet and personable. I left her a tip for taking care of my needs and keeping my mimosas refreshed. The young lady who did my facial was named Tiffany and she was fantastic. Very gentle touch and very professional. The steam pot was a first for me and I'm just not sure how I feel about it at the moment. Maybe if I take it for a test run I can update the review. It felt great while it was happening. Finally the lunch was perfect to round out the day. I wanted lobster but they were out. What I picked was delicious. Salmon with teriyaki sauce, Salad and shrimp pasta. Couldn't finish it and they boxed it back up. They only do cash or cashapp tips, you can't add to your credit card but that didn't stop me from tipping for the excellent service. This is a must try if you are in the area. Check out their other services as well.

I received the beauty cream mosterizer that was obviously not filled completely. The jar is about 1/4 full and the temp or liqufying of the product has nothing to do with the fact that it was never filled to the top. The say its on the website that the product may appear less. The jar shouldn't appear completely empty upon delivery and unsealed. Liqufying doesn't mean the product evaporates or dissappears. When I finally got a response from the owner Melissa , she said I was basically lying. Really??? Looking at the reviews a lot of people had the same issue and as a business owner you would want to make it right. Its obvious she doesn't care because she continues to sell 4oz jars with 2oz product inside.

Came here for a friend to get a few beauty items. Beautifully decorated, it smells amazing! Fragrance of camomile and lavender fills the air. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable on products and services. Wax, facial and soap making classes also available.

Let's talk LUXURY! My God in heaven children never in my life have I ever used a skin care system so soft and gentle. Let's start at the beginning... last year I for some unknown reason used Ponds Cold Cream in place of my normal moisturizer and I had a HORRIBLE reaction. I'd just moved here and hadn't really established a system of care yet... so a quick google search of esthetician's in the area led me to Queendom. I called and the spoke to the owner Melissa and she told me to come in right away so she could have a look. She took one look at my skin and told me EXACTLY what was going on, gave me a small sample of her bar soap and I purchased one. It was so soothing and calmed my skin within 2 days time. Everything goes back to normal I'm back using my regular Aveeno products and out of nowhere my skin just starts being freaking WEIRD and disrespectful! This time I tell myself I'm going to stick with her line of products... it's been 3 weeks and I have not a single regret. I mean who knew washing your face was something to look forward to! I love how all the bars lather and don't dry me out. The sugar exfoliant gently gets rid of all the pesky blackheads and the brightening serum just feels so damn good and isn't heavy. If for some odd reason you're on the fence about trying her products get that out of your head. This is an investment I recommend EVERYONE to make.

This has to be the most unprofessional, rude, ghetto woman on earth. Mad I have to give her one star. My mother's product arrived half empty with the consistency of vaseline. My sister and I both inquired yet she ignored my sister and told me it was standard that her products come half empty (sarcasm). She has plenty of negative feedback so this is not a surprise to her. Never offered to rectify the situation just ignored me. Don't shop with this classless business owner; she won't make it long at all

Small (not for long) minority owned business that caters to African American skin is a win win win! Queendom has since moved to New Orleans East on Bullard which many of us are greatly appreciative. A beautiful, luxury, quality spa in the east is a gem! My first time at Queendom, I received a brazilian from Chelsea and a facial by Melissa. Melissa and Chelsea both were extremely pleasant and knowledgable about skincare and provided me with a great regiment. Best facial I've ever had! She steams your face with lemongrass infused steam, she includes a neck and shoulder massage and great conversation if you choose. I left with glowy skin and relaxed muscles. Melissa's products have developed a cult following and I have joined that number. All of her products such as soaps, serums, and toner are made from natural ingredients with proven results and are moderately priced.
