This was horrible I mean absolutely horrible hair! DONOT buy this hair. It took 3 weeks to arrive due me not being home to receive the original package. I can't ntacted customer service was he lady was rud and told me it wasn't her problem I wasn't home. I apologized for having to work during the day, and asked if there was a tracking number. She agreed to email the tracking information. However it took 3-days to receive tracking info. I picked hair up at post office and immediately washed the so called Virgin Remy hair. The shampoo and my sink was jet black for color on the hair. I washed hair 4 times let it air dry and rewashed the hair twice more before getting I light gray rinse water. I had the hair installed. First day and during flat iron prices hair was shedding heavily. Two days after install the 12 inch hair was 9-10 inches and even with daily wrapping hair tangled and knotted into a constant stiff mess! More brushing attempting to untangle hair two more days left me with 7-8 inch stiff mess. I had the hair removed. It was a total waste of money. DONT BUY it's a Waste of Money, will neve buy a again. Girl get you weave hair someplace else if you are smart!

These people are disrespectful and I would not reccommend anyone buying from them. The hair is totally horrible. Some people get good bundles, most get bad. Do not play weave Russian roulette with this company. The weave was literally still in the bags after a week, took them out to install and the hair was shedding and I could foresee tangling. The hair looks good in the store but do not be fooled. I did not even install it yet and it was bad. This hair resembled the cheap hair in the beauty supply store and I did not even get to install it yet. Went to exchange and the customer service was horrible.The lady had a attitude and was not trying to help.(yes, we were very calm) When we asked for the manager, the lady called him and we talked to him on speaker. That is very unprofessional and distasteful.A manager should be available to speak in person. They have a NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE POLICY. They did not tell us this when we went to buy the hair. I believe every customer should be given this very important information as they are purchasing a product. When I go to a store that has this type of policy they have always warned me of their policy. Printing it on a receipt is not completely informing a customer of the policy. When we called headquarters to get better help they were apologetic but nothing was done. Even after pointing out the poor customer service. Buying from this company was a nightmare. $150 down the drain. Horrible hair and horrible customer service. I took time out of my busy schedule to write this review because it was that bad. I warn everyone do not get robbed and mistreated by this company!!!!!
