This hotel is within 10 minute walking distance to the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and St. Charles Streetcars to get to the garden district! The hotel itself is nice. They lock the doors from 11pm to 6am. So you'll need a hotel card to get in, which I enjoyed because it's an extra saftey precaution. They gave us drink tokens for wine tastings at the bar in the lobby. Rooms are small, but clean! The water took a while to get hot, but honestly, a solid stay!

Had a work trip to New Orleans and needed a hotel close to where all the colleagues met while staying within a daily budget and the Q&C Hotel delivered everything I expected. It's a nice boutique hotel that's actually 2 buildings (the Queen and the Crescent) and I had a room in the Crescent building. It's also part of the Marriott family so you can book directly to get your Marriott points. It's not far from Bourbon Street as I found New Orleans to be a very walkable city if your looking for a good venue for Mardi Gras. (And, I'm from So Cal where we drive to our mailboxes )Check out my pics!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The first night our neighbor decided to lose his temper over something and ranted and screamed for over an hour. The hotel staff took care of it quickly. The next morning when his screaming started again, the hotel not only moved our room (upgraded too!) but refunded the night. Once that was all situated, the stay was wonderful. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Be aware that the "limited view" rooms really are small and you will have no view out of your frosted glass window. The location is close to the French Quarter and the hop on and off trolly as well as the St. Charles Street car stop. We would stay again.

We pulled up the backside and was like hmm this looks sketchy. But once we unpacked and laid in the comfy bed and checked out the amenities, this hotel was inviting and staff was super friendly! I'm writing this review to give a shout out to the man who took care of us at breakfast on Sunday, 07/30/23 We were a family of 12 and he was amazing with the kids and gave outstanding customer service to us out of towners! Wish I could remember his name! Our room was 317! If the manager could give him a shout out! He was absolutely amazing! Wheelchair accessible for my nephew! Comfy beds Clean bathrooms Friendly staff Just a few blocks from souvenirs, cafe beignet, restaurants!

Q&C has quickly become a large reason I enjoy my business trips to New Orleans. The staff is top notch and the General Manager is as friendly and thoughtful as they come. Thanks again for that beer to taste. I have now been several times and I am scheduled to stay next week again.Staff are friendly at the bar and in the kitchen. Front desk is attentive as well. All of this without being too attentive or on top of you.The internet and working space downstairs is speedy/comfortable. The rooms are great as well. I had a larger room last time I visited and it made a huge difference. I wish I could bring my wife to enjoy my visits. The location is superb with not too much street noise disturbing me at night. It isn't perfectly quiet but close enough. Definitely, worth a stay.

My wife and I had an amazing time visiting New Orleans and a great time staying at the Q&C Hotel. The hotel's restaurant/bar in the lobby provided excellent service (thanks to Tammy), delicious food, and drinks! We enjoyed everything we tried. The pizza and blackened chicken sandwich were particularly delightful, and the old fashioneds were crafted perfectly. These guys really know what they're doing! The rooms offer a wonderful rustic ambiance with genuine hardwood floors and all the modern comforts you'd expect from a high-end hotel. The hotel staff was equally wonderful!I highly recommend staying at the Q&C Hotel if you ever visit New Orleans (it's just a short walk from Bourbon Street), or at least, drop by their bar for some fantastic food and drinks.

Excellent location. Excellent value in terms of the room. Comfy beds. Excellent bar and dining options, with commendable service in both. Courteous front desk staff. Heck, even the valet was super-friendly. I have only one reason I can't give this place a solid 5, but it is kind of a big deal. The housekeeping crew piled up dirty linens and collected garbage in the hallways, and left it overnight. I observed this on multiple floors, in some cases piled waist-high. It was there when I first checked in. It remained overnight, in spite of the evening manager being notified. The piled up linen is unsightly, but the accumulated garbage is downright unsanitary. Also, it kind of smells. Do better, Q&C. The interior of the hotel should not look/smell like the streets outside.

Hotel was lovely and the staff was very kind. The bar/restaurant was a bit of a train wreck. Waited 40 minutes for a pizza that never came... Try to get an interior room. We stayed in a room that looked out over camp Street and the constant traffic noise and announcements from the parking garage across the street made for a very restless weekend..

Stephanie at the bar RULES! Energetic, charming, and manages always to share a personal moment no matter how busy things are. The hotel is very conveniently located and the public spaces clean and attractively furnished. My room, however, was way below the standard of any Marriott I have ever visited.
