I typically get up extra early on Saturdays to get my oil changed. Please beware that if you aren't in line by 6:30, you'll have at least 12 cars in front of you. Once they get rolling at 7am, I don't wait long. At the most I get oil change and a tire rotation. My wait time has been less than 2 hours. Today is Friday, so I hope it will be just as quick.

Being my first car purchase I thought I'd have a better experience. But I guess thats what I get for always assuming the best in people.Not even getting into the specifics of the experiences I had since day 1 of getting my car, because that's just other issues that'll take a whole day. But overall, customer service at this location has been a nightmare. Jumping into my current issue, a rock hit my windshield. I've called the day it happened, was referred to an auto glass company, auto glass company needed documents. Asked Nissan for a copy, NEVER was sent. Called each day for a whole entire month and was always just told "let me write down your name and number and I'll get someone to call you". Do you think I got a call back? NEVER. Never was I ever told to bring my car in, send pictures, NONE. So after being fed up, I told the last rep(Janna), I'm not getting off this call until I get an answer. Again was referred to the same auto glass company - even though I explained AGAIN I needed documents and FINALLY she sent them. But since it's been a WHOLE MONTH - of course my small crack turned into bigger than 6 inches. Instead of it being a small fixed, I'm quoted a whole replacement. Nissan, specifically Pierre in finance(he is the main person I have been in contact with) - that since I've "waited" to report it... it's not their fault it's gotten bigger and now it's not covered. And that it's within their policy that I was suppose to bring it in for viewing. Still til this day, has been dodging my text messages for answers. If it is part of your policy, why has not one person in service, finance, front desk or advisory... advised to bring it in?

Stopped by today, to have my tires checked., just purchased last week. All were way different as far as air pressure. Was greeted by Aaron on the service isle, showed him the issue, he said he would take care of it right away. Boy was I surprised, he took my vehicle away and returned about 15 minutes later with all tires with same correct pressure. Thanks, Aaron you made our day

I escalated my poor experience to Nissan Corporate office and they were useless. They said call the dealership and take it up with them. I have leased 2 vehicles and bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. I went to them over 10 years ago because I heard how charitable the owner and his wife are throughout New Orleans. The 4th vehicle I have has subtle slits in the seats and console that have gotten worse since I bought a year and a half ago. The slits are obviously from a razor knife used when they took the plastic off the seats. Over time from body weight and sun, they have split so much you can see the foam. I went to the dealer two months ago to show them, then a month ago again then called 6 times this week. No one ever does anything about it. They have had three employees call me a liar and that it looks like dog claws. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPor any premier. they let their employees treat the customers with disrespect. We were completely humiliated after being a buying customer since 2022... the sales manager is a joke! and very unprofessional, name was Timson. very disrespectful and not helpful after we drove almost 2hr there. wouldn't even give the promised gas card. They called us. We were not looking to trade In but they offered an amazing deal So we went to check it out. After arriving the manager told his sales people " do not help them"! So I will be getting ride of my Nissan asap and will never buy from a Premier ever again.

This place has the worst customer service ever! Starting with the service director all the way down to the service advisors. My car has been there several times for issues caused by them that still haven't been addressed. I was told verbatim by the General manager to trade my car in or bring it to another dealership since they have tried all that they could. False warranty claims were filed, I was lied to by management about them wrecking the back of my vehicle, and I was even demanded to return a loaner vehicle to them when my car was never completed. I was told that there were other customers with much bigger jobs like engines that needed the loaner vehicle that I was currently driving. Might I add that I am a mom to one small child and the issues that I am currently dealing with are safety hazards! The safety of my child and I are not concerns of Premier Nissan of Metairie clearly. So I suggest finding other options when needing anything fixed on your vehicle. This is not the place! when visiting a dealership no matter which dept. Please make sure you receive an email with a survey after every visit here! This is what keeps them in business! Verify that your email is correct at all times. My email was purposely changed in their system so I wouldn't get a survey so I figured I'd call corporate have them fix my email, open a case, and leave my honest review here since I was unable to. The highest from of management was notified of the change and he said. " I'm not about to let you burn me, I'm not sure who changed it but luckily they did". I previously worked at this very dealership with the same mangers and service advisors trusting them with my car and was let down. Please take notes and document everything! If I was mistreated and thrown to the wolves and they know me personally then a stranger visiting doesn't stand a chance.

Tried to charge me 3000$ to fix a front end censor that was Making a constant high-pitched shrill sound like a dog whistle. I would not recommend anyone go here. Made the mistake of bringing my car here a second time.( only because New Orleans doesn't have a better Nissan shop) Horrible, lazy, unprofessional staff. Brought my car in on a Thursday for a service check and didn't even receive a call when it was completed. I had to call and check in on it. Then we get to the payment process, I'm told a certain price because of my extended warranty and have to fight for that original price I was guaranteed before I approved the services online. Do yourself a favor and go to a local mom and pop shop.

worst experience from start to finish for service. The service attendant was rude, the repair cost are outrageous and then they charge 3% credit card fee which was never communicated until check out on a $1200 bill. I will never go back there for anything
