POUR Restaurant & Bar

My husband and I came here for date night. We were seated promptly, and we ordered drinks and food. After waiting for AN HOUR (and multiple "reasons" from the waitress about why our food was taking so long), she says that our food was delivered to the wrong table and do we want to order again? Definitely not! While they did comp us the drink we had each ordered, that really didn't fix the issue. I won't be coming back anytime soon after that debacle. What a disappointment. We have a sitter because we have kids. We don't have time to wait two hours on food....

Terrific food! Great outdoor and indoor seating. Dog friendly. Great for friend gathering, or couples dateday. The house Pono noir ( pellegrini) is the best tasting Pinot I've had in a couple of years.

The food is great! The service is speedy! The atmosphere is very lively! The drinks are delicious!

I went there on a Saturday evening to have dinner with a friend of mine to celebrate her job promotion. My server was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items and drink selections. My friend has a gluten allergy, so we requested a gluten free menu which there was none. So I asked the server if the soup of the day was gluten free. She told me to hold on while she asked the general manager which was standing at the bar. She asked him about it and then he turned to our table rolled his eyes at us and walked off. The server came back to the table and said the GM was gonna go find out for me. We waited which seemed like forever for him to come back. Our server returned to our table and asked if we were ready but the gm had never returned or talked to us about this. So since I bragged so much on how great the soup was there, I wanted my friend to have some. So we decided to wait on the Gm. 15 mins later he returned only to have to leave again because he forgot to ask the chef about the soup. At that point i was ready to go. The server was very apologetic and said she would go ask the chef herself. It took her under a minute to return to let us know that the soup had no gluten. We had the soup which was amazing. The server suggested the Southwest salad which was also amazing, and the wait times were not long at all. After we were done eating the Gm came to our table stating that he didnt think that the soup has gluten. (He should know what he is selling). If thats the top dog of that establishment then I feel bad for the staff and god know what else is going on behind the scenes. My friend was not impressed and suggested we go to chimes the following day.

Food was good but service was the worst. Literally there for like 2 and half hours and we didn't need to be. Very cute restaurant, wonderful atmosphere and great neighborhood but the service was baaaaad and slow.

Well I appeared to be a nice place, unfortunately after an unfortunate meal I won't be returning. Choking was not my idea of a great meal. They source their products of poor quality and it's unfortunate because the location and setting of this restaurant should give it a leg up on asking for high end prices. Look at the pics, and the final disposition is below.Don't worry I asked for the Manager and he said "well I told the waiter to take it off your bill".....really??? Full disclosure the Manager did comp the dinner.....but only because I made him feel guilty for their poor handling of this situation.

Great cocktails, atmosphere and staff. The burgers here are some of the best in town. Their old fashioned is top notch, as well.

Amazing food with many options! Cocktails were great and they have a big selection of wine as well. We loved the service and environment here. Very nice staff. Strongly recommend this restaurant.

Great service great atmosphere. Chicken wings are now pre breaded bought frozen pieces of chicken. No fresh breaded wings anymore. Place is losing its touch

Well it was a horrible experience. We walk in, we get seated & wait about 15 minutes without a hello how are you or nothing. We got no service whatsoever. I will nvr go again. We wanted to try something different but I guess we will stick to TEXAS ROADHOUSE!!
