Portobello's Grill

We went for Saturday brunch. The staff was great! Our waitress was so nice and professional! Tables were spaced out nicely and music was playing quietly in the background. Honestly, these pictures don't do the food justice because the food was so delicious! We ordered chicken and sausage gumbo, shrimp salad with all the fixings, an omelette and breakfast hash sausage, and a chicken bacon ranch flatbread. The cotton candy was a bonus

I am never disappointed with my meal here. The food is delicious and arrives to your table in a timely manner. Today, Lily was our server and did a fantastic job. She checked on us regularly and was friendly and pleasant. We had to laugh because when she was bringing my martini to our table and she was walking oh so slowly trying not to spill a drop. I might add that she did a fine job. Very clean, lighting not too bright, always have fresh flowers on the table, and someone with a smile and a welcome to hold open the door as you come in. This is one of my favorite places.

We loved our anniversary dinner at Portobello's! My husband had the Five Cheese Lasagna, and I had the Caesar Salad with half chicken, and a small chicken & sausage gumbo. Everything was delish!!! The complimentary bread is to die for! We got the creole cheesecake for dessert & it was so good! Service was excellent as well!

James is a wonderful and attentive server! There are many dishes to choose from that are quite tasty. My boyfriend and I both thoroughly enjoy this restaurant.

I had a great experience at Portobello's overall! The service was outstanding--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was also a highlight--warm, inviting, and a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.The only downside was the food itself. While it had good flavors, some of the dishes were a bit overcooked, which took away from the overall experience. It wasn't bad, just not as great as I was hoping for.That said, I'd still give this place another try because everything else was spot on. Hopefully, next time the food will match the excellent service and ambiance!Would recommend, with a small caveat!

New Years Eve! Amarie did an exceptional job serving! Appetizers were fabulous! Eggplant with crawfish cream sauce and raviolis with sauce! Bread with dipping sauce was Devine! I got the pecan drum fish with potatoes and green beens and Bob got the lasagna! We enjoyed and will be back! Cheryl was a delightful hostess coming to the table three times to make sure we were happy! Ambiance was great with big screen and our LSU win! Go tigers

The food never disappoints and we always ask for Matt when we dine in. The dining room is always neat and clean.

Chicken Marsala was top notch. The bartender, James, is the GOAT. Service was fast. Don't get the Napa salad

We had a delightful experience at Portobello's on George O'Neal for happy hour. Love having Frank Family by the glass and it's half off! The service was great and very personal with Rebekah the server taking care of us. The complimentary beard and oil dip is delicious! You can purchase oil dip to take home, which makes me so happy. The manager Nicole came to check on us. She was also very pleasant & professional and made sure we were taken care of with the best experience possible. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and have enjoyed every time.
