Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a chicken sandwich just a few minutes ago, got home, and realized they gave me a big, wet, sloppy mess. I asked for extra mayo, but they decided to be obnoxious with it. They tend to be stingy with mayo, so extra means just add a little more than usual. It doesn't mean go hog wild with the squeeze bottle and cover every inch of the sandwich and bag with it. Is common sense nurture or nature? The filet had a good flavor, nevertheless.

This was a much better experience for Popeyes. We already know that Popeyes is good. The thing is how good is their service and cleanliness by location. This place was clean and service was great, lady even order some fresh nuggets so I could have an even serving size of small and big nuggets. Not all bad an extra 7 min wait. 11 min total. And all very polite.

If you want the worst service you've ever gotten go to the Popeyes in Gentility. I kid you not they ask you to stop about 20 feet before the window so that they can fake their metrics. Then on top of that they'll forget about you and let you wait about 10 minutes to ask you to come forward to get your food when the line was empty! And this is this is still somehow the fastest you'll ever get your food.. everyone at this Popeyes needs to be fired and the owner should be banned from franchising any location ever again

I knew I shouldn't have got chicken from Popeyes!! I was eating my last piece of chicken and turned my dam chicken over and the bottom of my chicken was this This looks like chicken brains never again!! For the long dam wait, you would think this shit was cleaned properly!! Clean y'all dam chicken. People can get sick and maybe worst . Definitely never eating Popeyes chicken again !!

Be prepared to wait indefinitely. I can't imagine how this place stays open. People routinely just give up and leave when the drive thru line is 2 deep.

I received most of my food, but am MISSING items; the site would not let me contact GrubHub from the device I ordered on; AND the number it has on the link that doesn't accept costumer calls HOWEVER, my money for the entire order was withdrawn. Please help...we hungry! We prefer receiving the missing items, but will settle for a working number to resolve a refund for non-received items.

horrible service manager has a very nasty talk to employees bad would never visit this place again

I just almost an hour in the driveway & they not only messed up my order but I seen the young lady getting chicken out of another box that was on the counter. And when I got to the house the chicken & the cajun rice is old as hell... Every Popeyes is ok but it's always a problem with this one..

would give this store 0 stars for customer service. walked into store at 505pm was told that they are not serving anyone until the new shift starts at 530. chicken piled high under the warmers just sitting there for who knows how long at this point and then it will continue to sit until they start serving again at 530. wont be going back

The sandwich i ordered was not cooked enough the soda which is sprite tested as water and soda no flavor i waited too long on the line and that what i got
